This company has renewed my faith in customer service!One of our pool lights started malfunctioning and was still under warranty. I called Select Pool Products to find out what to do and they were not only knowledgeable about the products and process but super pleasant on the phone and easy to deal with.After following Deb’s instructions on troubleshooting, it was determined that somehow water had gotten into the light and was unfixable. Within 24 hours our warranty claim was dealt with and we had a new light shipped to our door and our pool was lit up again.Highly recommend!

Had an amazing, friendly and prompt experience with Trish. We had a fibreglass pool installed this past summer that was equipped with a Spa Electrics Atom Light. When we went to close our pool we realized the pool company didn’t leave us the plug needed to take the light out for winter. After weeks of asking our pool company to drop one off and them saying ‘we’ll be there tomorrow’ I finally reached out to Select Pool Products and asked where I could buy one as I couldn’t find it online. Trish got back to me less than 12 hours later. Got the plug shipped to me and I have it in hand less than 48 hours later! She didn’t even charge me for the plug, I just had to pay a minor shipping fee. Amazing!!Trish was friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.
