I love McDonalds, this is my get-to-go food if I have no time cooking for breakfast. I love their customer service, the store is clean and especially the girl who checks the dining room. She makes sure customers are doing great, she’s also very friendly and helpful. She’s amazing! She deserves a raise.

This is my second time I have ever experienced this place. I ordered morning breakfast. They forgot to put egg in bagel. It cannot be acceptable and also the staffs are not friendly

The menu is the same as in any other McDonald’s. In general the stuff is efficient and the store receives a clean even so frequent. The problem is that is a small store in a very busy location with plenty of homeless in distress that tend to disrupt the service. In general I choose not to eat at this location. Plus the washrooms are used for ilegal activities. More then once I so the stuff trying to address illegal consumption of narcotics in the washroom. I would not stop here to eat but you can safely take out the food.

Not only your employees make it clear that they don't want any business with your customers, that they dislike their jobs, that they don't care about the level of service they provide, they throw around food and packaging like these are some kinds of toys. They repeatedly peep into same bags they already assembled, to check what's inside, more than three or four times, trying to guess customer orders. They behave completely unprofessionally, the wait times for my order at this specific location are consistently higher than in other locations that may be even more busy.Your washroom first closed and you had to ask staff to open it. Now it is closed permanently and a sign made by a three year old with a printer says I should go to closest McDonalds location" for washroom. What is that supposed to even mean?This time you also did not put my drink in the bag and I will never ever come to this location again even though it used to be the most convenient to me.Thank you for nothing."

It's not my first time getting food here, but I got food intoxication yesterday and am still feeling quite bad. Also, there's always some kind of smell and dirt inside. Every time I touch the door, I want to wash my hands with pure alcohol. Be careful with this one.Second star just for the staff, they were nice and friendly.

They are so irresponsible I was get late for work in morning it took like 15 minutes to make one sandwich. I went at 5 :45 am and there was no prior customer and they don’t even think about the cold weather. Playing loud music and enjoying themselves when customer is waiting and irresponsible people can’t even make a sandwich without taking 15 minutes

So incredibly filthy we didn't want to eat inside. There were a group of employees there chatting our entire visit while a handful of people rushed to get orders in. Most of the kiosks didn't work either. I am frequently in the city at restaurants so I'm well aware of the challenges. The crew on shift when we visited just didn't care to do anything about it. I will not be returning.

Do not order more than one item from here. The System does not work and they only give you one food item and let you wait While your other item is actually waiting at the counter. Even as really busy, just keep asking them because they will forget your other items at the counter.

Ridiculous. The coffee never came and the fries never came. We ordered 6 fries. Absolutely ridiculous. No fries, no utensils, no straws, no sauce, no napkins. The drinks didn’t have fizz either. We ordered for our night staff and everyone was disappointed. Everyone had their order messed up in one way or another. This location is ridiculous.
