I came here October 15th sometime between 11 PM and midnight. The girl a girl and a young man who was working there preparing food, did not use soap when washing their hands. Just a quick rinse with water and dry with paper towel. Very nasty individuals.If you're at head office and wants to contact me by email I'll be more than happy to speak further. I'm very disgusted. This is not the 1st time.I've seen them do it on many occasions.

This was some great food! Leanne was the freaking bomb her service was soooooo good. She recommended the ringer burger so tasty. Leanne is amazing!!!!

Food is good but it's inside a gas station so not much atmosphere. Employees are friendly no matter what time you go in - open 24 hrs it says.

Staff is polite and prompt with orders.However, would really appreciate if they could wash their hands or use gloves when putting the burgers together after handing payments at the cash register.Hope the manager can provide them some disposable gloves when handling food directly.

Excellent service. Food was great. And fresh. The lady supervisor I talked to was really helpful. She customized the burger to my like and made it fresh and fast. Definitely worth going back again.

The food was good and no problems with that in particular.The only downside is the new hotdogs that are being promoted aren't available at this location. Even though there is an AD about the hotdogs.Not a big deal just a bit unfortunate

The service and food has declined at this location. They used to take much more care with their food but now it is just a disappointment. The wait for my small order was way too long. They need more staff at busy hours. The staff does not seem happy at all. Really sad about this, probably won't go back

A&W attached to a gas station. Standard menu and staff were efficient although it took a little time to have my order understood. The food was to the high quality I expected. There was seating inside, however, I was a little disappointed that the tables were not cleaned down. One had some split drink on the surface the other needed cleaning after the patrons left. Admittedly, there was a steady stream of customers so the staff were busy. The washrooms are part of the gas station and were okay, yet, looked like the trash can needed to be emptied, a swift sweep of the floor and there were a few fruit flies in the stall. The gas station may be understaffed as it appeared to be busy. Reasonable prices.

One of my favorite fast food breakfast outlets since their 'all Canadian' hearty meal with 2 eggs over easy, bacon, hashbrowns, brown toast and coffee filled the gut tank to keep you going until the next stop.
