Absolute shark of a person John is a absolute thief of a person called him out to evaluate pricing and when I refused to pay almost triple the market price of the gear he was offering started threatening me to pay up. Would never want to deal with this man ever again stay as far as way as possible

Been a customer for the last 5 years. Initially service was amazing John was fantastic. I recommend they to so many peopleFlash forward to 8 weeks ago when I started contacting them over my alarm going off nightly for no reason. I called left messages sent emails nothing took a week to get through to someone. I got the oh don't worry it's a tech issue we will call back and make an appointment. Another week passes another email sent nothing. Call again this time really mad as my kids have been woken every night from the alarm (,even when it's not turned on) and boom tech out same day. Says it's an easy change but I need to update my alarm said he has to contact John first. He goes to leave I asked him to make it so the alarm can't beep anymore as I can't handle it waking my kids. He does so and said he will have an answer same dayThis was 2 weeks agoAnd I've call and keep getting told oh I'll talk to JohnJohn has ignored all my emailsSo I'm doneWarning for anyone else cheap to use but hopefully you don't need them as they won't be around

I just wanted to come on and say that I've seen a lot of bogus reviews being left over the last few days by a disgruntled ex employee and I wanted to leave a review because this business doesn't deserve to have this tarnish their amazing reputation!I have personally known the owner for 30 years and have been a loyal customer ever since the business started 21 years ago!They have always been nothing but amazing, loyal, honest and fair!When I see these blatant lies it really upsets me as I know how much businesses rely on Google reviews and word of mouth!Don't sweat it Westridge, everyone who is actually a customer knows you're amazing! Haters will always be haters.

We hired this company for an event at our place and they provided us security guard in less than an hour.We have hired security guard services earlier but have been mostly disappointed interms of service but this company has provided us with the best service at best rates.Would highly recommend them.

John and his team did a great job with our security system, we opted for the upgraded touchscreen LCD for only $200. Our bill was exactly as quoted. Fast forward 8 months and everything is still working as it should with no false alarms. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
