Regatta Badges trophies and engraving

Our previous supplier of engraved metal ID tags had difficulty in communicating with us, and providing consistent and reliable service; as well as a diminished quality of product recently.I reached out to Lorne and Regatta Badges to see if they would be able to accommodate us in our time of need, of which he did incredibly! Very knowledgeable and skilled in what he does.He was extremely understand and accommodating to our wants and needs, provided great quality with customization and options available, quick turnaround times, and all at an extremely friendly cost :)I would highly recommend them to others looking for metal engraving services!

This man knows his work. I've wanted to engrave a pendant and all the other places I visited were charging exorbitant prices in the hundreds of dollars and waiting at least 2 weeks. Lorne got it done for a fraction of the price and within a week. The quality was also very good. I recommend going to Lorne for all your engraving needs!

Lorne did a wonderful job engraving my daughter's charm. She lost the original and he replicated the size, font and style of the original as I had a photo for reference. He was pleasant and did the work in 2 days to meet my request.

I left a trophy with instructions to record the current winner of our annual competition. I left my mobile number and asked for a call when it was ready for pickup. When I picked up the trophy two weeks later the name of the recipient was in smaller characters than the previous winners. When I pointed this out the response was that they did not have the type to match the previous engraving. No mention of this was made when I took the trophy in. No effort was made to contact me to inform me of this problem. Had I been informed I would have taken the trophy to someone else who could match the type. I’m left with a trophy that I’m embarrassed to present and which I can’t repair. There was no apology offered.

I contacted Lorne before his posted working hours for info on engraving challenge coins, he took the call and answered my questions. I dropped the items off the same day and they were completed promptly, no problems and again it was past his working hours he made himself available for me to pick up the job. I wanted a small brass plaque engraved and Lorne prepared it for me. I proofed it quickly when I picked it up and it looked good. After I attached it, I noticed that a capital A lacked its crossbar and a t was not crossed. When I took it back to Lorne, he was quick to say he could fix it, but I asked that it be remade as I had scratched it. I said I was happy to pay for it to be remade. When the new one was ready an hour later, Lorne refused payment, even for materials. He wanted it to be done to my satisfaction - old fashioned pride of workmanship. I think you can be confident your engraving will be done well at Regatta Badges!
