Got an old SPA from previous owner, but not working.The difficult part - scheduling. Had to make a few calls on the service day to get the exact window. So... need improvement there. But eventually 2 service team members showed up.The rest is good - 2 guys showed up. Very friendly and professional. Help to troubleshoot and get it working. And explain the caring tips and operational procedures. Wait till it is fully filled and tested.They are definitely knowledge, spending time to get the job done right for me.

Can I put like no stars? I got billed $567 to open this plug and play spa I have and it took them literally 20 minutes.....no return from them when I emailed them....have also used them for my pool and the young and inexperienced team ripped my lining during the Spring opening...buyer BEWARE!Update: They just called me following this review - which is a great attention to customer satisfaction and kudos to them for that! However, he just called to refute my review....and counter whatever I had to say...turns out their ''Combo is to open and close spa'' no mention of this on the invoice...anyways still feeling frustrated and disappointed by the service and how they treat clients.....hopefully they learn from this.

It was very difficult to schedule a day and time that was convenient. Furthermore, although the winterisation was well done, they had to come back to finish because they didn’t realise someone from their team turned off the garage and spa power breakers when they turned off the switches for the pool. They thought they had a power outage. The second team was on the ball and got the job done in minutes. I will add there was some confusion about additional charges. I had already paid when booking the service by phone, and never saw their website, so I was upset that they charged for extra parts to winterise after the person on the phone had told me I was paying for the complete package. I talked with the owner and we came to an understanding. Overall, the main issues were related to employee training that could be improved but the owner and his main team are professional. Update: I called them for a problem with my Spa this year, only to find out that they blacklisted me and refused to provide service.

Always an issue, almost always a fight to take responsibility.Stopped using them.Strongly recommend going elsewhere.

What a horrible service. I paid very expensive price for a full service and the opening process was very long not efficient and they kept on sending new employees to repeat same process because previous employee didn’t do his job adequately. They even admitted to me in emails that their service was not good. I needed the intervention of the director to get the job correctly done. In addition they sold me some accessories upon opening the pool in April 2022 and to this day although items were paid I still haven’t received the items (July 2022). They sent a technicien 2 times to supposedly install the items but technicien comes without items. No communication and lack of professionalism. Wouldn’t use there services anymore. When one pays top dollars for service. We are entitle to expect quality.

Please do not use this company. What a closing process! It took a month, and they cleaned it really poorly.Technicians do mot contact whenever they visit. And leave without any explaining. They just took my salt sensor panel without notice and asked $700 for changing the entire board ( they let me know after one week after I called the service center).They asked pictures of what the pool looked like. I sent it by email but didn't get any feedback.Hopefully, people don't suffer what I got this summer.I am going to look for another service company now. I am really sick of contacting them. Spring is here! Time to open up our pools. For few decades I opened my own pool with out any serious complications. But this year (2023) for few weeks now starting last week of April started to have problems in clearing my water. It became very frustrating, stressful and physically challenging. ENOUGH! It was time to reach out. POSEIDON for help. Being professionals, my problem was solved quickly. To my surprise, even the president got involved. WOW! That was special! Thank you so much!

Excellent service from taking charge of my online request quickly for a sand filter repair. This was handled by Lilianne in a kind and professional manner. Thanks for the great service.

I hired these guys to replace the spa pack on my Trevi spa. It was something that I could've done but didn't have access to the part and at the end of the day, it was worth having someone come in who knew their stuff. Sam and Chris were super knowledgeable, friendly and professional and they did a great job. The hot tub is back to having 2 working pumps instead of just one. Very impressed and will not hesitate to recommend.

I subscribe to their pool maintenance service this summer and already 3 accident happened:1. The technician issue a new chlorinator for my pool but they didn't install properly. It did not able to put chlorine into my pool and turning my clear water into green. I have to spend hundred of dollars to fix the algae bloom myself! after a week i found out the issue with the chlorinator and they just apologize without any further action! I can't use my pool for 2 weeks in order to fix it.2. The technician came to clean my pool and forget to turn off the water. The water runs into my neighbor while i was away for 2 weeks! luckily my friend came to swim and turn it off right away.3. The technician forget to turn the filter back to filtration" and keep it at "waste". The pool water keeps running out and i have to put in more water. Imagine if i were away again all the water will be gone.I really feel frustrated on their service. I can't get in touch with the customer service
