My family and I just relocated to Clearwater and needed to have our car registration and insurance done, so we booked an appointment with ICBC. We got all the attention and service we needed for these two wonderful ladies, Lisa and Sarah.They were so helpful and went the extra mile to make sure all our needs were met, and this was so exceptional and commendable.For a small community without much options of places to get things like this done, they were excellent and we really appreciate their efforts in making sure we left the place satisfied. Thank you Lisa and Sarah, and yeah, John made us feel quite at home too.

Stephanie and her partner were super helpful with my cancelled license. They went out of their way to get me back on the road by staying on hold with the super poobah's on the other end. Super professional, super competent and she even filled out the form to help me dispute my ticket. If I were to sum up their customer service it would be super.""

ICBC IS NOT SENDING OUT RENEWL REMINDERS..with this covid.the offices never sent out reminders when you licenses are due..not everyone remembers five years to renew it so sad for people get pulled over and find out it was expired..

Went I to get a copy of papers for a car I thought I'd sold last summer (lost papers) I'm told I owe $ bit they can't tell me when I insured the car last, which is the only thing I have had insurance on other than a SUV I was going to but but i sent it back in 2017? So if they can't tell me what I owe that money for I definitely can't see me paying it.. how does it even make sense?
