I worked with Ken and Myriam at the Scott Parker Team of RE/MAX of Nanaimo for my home purchase this year. Despite the dwindling supply of affordable townhomes and starter homes here in Nanaimo, they remained dedicated to helping me find a place - my first ever home purchase!The process was smooth, and they were complete professionals. They answered all of my questions quickly, worked with seller agents to ensure we had all the really important details, negotiated well on my behalf, and stepping in to make sure that nothing that could go wrong would go wrong.I'm thrilled to have landed in my new spot - it's even walking distance from work and downtown.Both Ken and Myriam were really great.
