worst service ever. I have placed order through website. They have changed my plan to premium plus and after that having problem with upgrade device. They did not help me out at all to resolve my problem. They handover ed them responsibility to rogers at last.

Terrible service, it feels like I’m doing business with robots. 0 accountability. Impossible to reach it’s like they disconnect their phones for half of the day.
