Dr Hadi's approach to people who are hesitant and ridden with anxiety towards dental work is bar none the best. He makes sure you are very comfortable and as painless as possible. I highly recommend him and his staff

I have an eating disorder and have been mistreated by other dentists in the past. This clinic has treated me with the most respect I could ask for, as well as having the lots of knowledge and education on said disorders, so that we can successfully manage my situation as a team. All without fear from my end, of ridicule or embarrassment. It makes life a lot easier for me now, to have the help to manage all sides of this

Incessant emails, phone calls and texts to confirm an appointment I already confirmed. Person on the phone said there was nothing they could do about it. Complained to office manager Courtney who said she would remove the confirmation requests, but by then I had decided that I no longer wanted to use their services and cancelled my appointment. When I told Courtney, she said she personally" thought that was best and that wasn't the place for me. I couldn't agree more

Absolutely the best Dental Staff, that I have been ever served by, in my 61 years. Nice to know, that hating to go to a Dentist , is NOT something I have to deal with Or even Think About. I went to this dentist 8 times for 8 different X-rays because I haven’t been able to chew on one side of my mouth for years. They gave me a referral to a root canal specialist and I never heard from them again. Everytime I called they said I’d have to come in again and get new X-rays. When I asked the manager for her name (Jennifer Atikson or Atkinson) she threatened to call police on me because I wanted to know her name and the dentists name who looked at my teeth.I still can’t chew on the side of my mouth because I’ve been waiting for my referral and now they are telling me I need a 9th X-ray to get another referral.This is the worst management and dentist I’ve ever been to in my entire life.

My family and I have had nothing but fantastic experiences here. The waiting times have always been brief, and unlike many other dentists which I have tried going to, it's easy to book appointments with shorter notice (another place tried to make me wait 2 months for a cleaning, Red River Dental saw me within a week!)The staff are very friendly and experienced, Dr. Shawn Hadi is incredibly comforting and empathetic, he clearly cares about the wellbeing of his patients; treats us like humans, rather than profit.The office itself is comfortable and quaint.Thank you for the wonderful care!

The most thorough cleaning I have ever had.I believe the hygienist is Christine!A great experience overall.I tried to book at another office close to me and was told that they were booking appointments 4 months from now!I had 2 options for Red River dental..the NEXT day or the day after!thanks a lot for the great service!
