Ordered online 1st time. Fries were completely dead, ordered 7up got Pepsi, No sauce in burger and No ketchup worst exprience.

App wouldnt work properly. Went in to order and they gave me the wrong big crunch. I asked for spicy and they gave me regular. I then asked for spicy mayo to just add to it instead of getting a new sandwich and they wouldnt give me the spicy mayo. They would only remake the sandwich, which meant I had to wait with the rest of my food getting cold 5 minutes while they remade a sandwich I was more than willing to eat. If they would just give me the mayo.

Is it possible to give zero stars?. The Lasalle location in Sudbury neglected to deliver our dessert item. Their answer was to come pick up the item that they neglected to deliver. No offer to refund the forgotten item or compensate us in any form. See ya!

Extremely poor food. Ordered from this location two times. The first time I ordered it online, the food was extremely bad and the manager was extremely rude when I called the store to complain. They even forgot to add side and a drink. Well , had 4 piece meal today from the store. The service is very bad and the chicken is filthy and undercooked. Stop selling trash on the name of a brand !

Asked for extra sauce on our sandwiches which we didn't get and the sandwiches were dry. all the fries were under cooked and soft. They tasted like leftover microwaved Wendy's fries. We had to re cook them at home to make them edible. Even the gravy was not as thick or flavourful as usual. Very disappointed in what we got especially for what we paid

Ordered a family meal bucket of chicken and fries and salad and biscuits of drinks for a staff lunch and they asked us if we wanted plastic ware and plates and napkins and condiments and we said yes. Got to the job site and nothing was provided. Chicken was cold fries were soft and cold. And all they said was were sorry there is othing we can do! Terrible service. New Sudbury needs a Msry Browns Chicken!!!

No chicken!! This is the third time within three months we try to buy chicken on the drive through and they tell us they don’t have chicken. Today they only have two pieces!? This is disappointing!!! We go to kfc to ask if they have chicken. Kind of a shame! This is also the worst drive through... the radius doesn’t fit the cars to turn!!! Lots of marks on the walls and they added a wooden piece.
