Absolutely disgusting , saw an employee in the washroom and didn’t wash her hands after getting out of a washroom and went straight to kitchen and she started preparing food right in front of me . When I informed the manager about this issue she laughed at my face and didn’t do anything else , not to mention rude and terrible costumer servicePeople open your eyes!! Do not go in to this restaurant!!!

I don't reccomend going through the drive-thru at this location. There are two deep, deep potholes on either side where you are supposed to do the ordering, and they're positioned so that if you avoid one, you will definitely hit the other. It's also a very tight corner when turning to get to the pick-up window if you're in a truck or a bigger vehicle.The chicken is also a little bit too greasy, but at the same time; the gravy, french fries, and the coleslaw is all awesome.

I had a popcorn chicken poutine. The food was hot and fresh. There were 5 individual meals in my order and we had to wait about 10-15 minutes for it to be prepared

Wow didn't believe the reviews should have rude staff couldn't order what I wanted because half hr to close tried telling me chicken would be 40 min then someone from the back yelled chicken 6 min staff were dropping the f- bomb while talking .whoever owns this should be ashamed hire some decent staff keep your hrs to 10 not 8... by the way I hope you go bancrupt

Construction or something going on during meal ruined the atmosphere for sure but besides that the food was great and the counter lady brought our food to our table cause it wasn't too busy which was a nice thing to do. I had a chicken burger box with a thigh and then added on cookies and brownie they sucked absolutely terrible dessert options but I was just trying to spend my full meal voucher. Added a poutine and side of the tatersalad both were delish would go again. Wish I could get tacos to round out that 25 but whatcha gonna do. Man were those cookies awful I can't believe they even sell them. So gross. Like a chips ahoy that fell behind a washing machine for three years or something. Bizarre.

Absolutely disgusting. Every time I order from this establishment, I receive watered down, nearly expired, soggy garbage. You can TASTE how little the friers are cleaned, and the chicken is a disappointing combination of wet flour, without any of KFC's signature spices. I truly hope KFC's head company personal gets to see this, and hopefully investigate how one of their businesses could be so unfortunate.

never answer the phone on the first ring. does not greet you with a smile, makes you feel like a pos just for picking up your chicken. and they take FOREVER. terrible
