The staff at this location are excellent.Very friendly and helpful. Always try to fit you in for an appointment. Most important they “ listen “ to your hearing problem. We go back to readjust medical hearing changes and they always respond with a beautiful smile. Thank you.

Horrible experience. The staff is completely bored and careless. The doctor has something stuck in his rear! He was very rude, carelsss and unwilling to help. No greating, no introduction, no eye contact, every question asked was brushed off.He Made our family feel very uncomfortable, unwelcome and unhappy with him. (AFTER A 2 month long wait to see him!?!?)He couldn't care less and clearly hates his job. At first we thought he was having an off day, but our 2 week follow up appointment was just as disappointing as the first visit. He needed upPrescribing the exact things my mother had already tried before and didn't work, that's why she was referred to a 'specialist'. We even tried discussing the medicines she's tried, he rudely cut her off saying he already knows everything...RUDE RUDE RUDE!!NEVER AGAIN WILL WE RETURN TO THIS LOCATION, or even want to see his rude and miserable face again.

hearing test hurt my ear and office got me sick

Had a good experience, usually have my appointments running ontime. I feel like Dr. Oh rushes gis patients and doesnt take tge time to explain and fully inform his patients.
