Kelly Health Spa

This is my second visit to KELLY spa. My first visit was a very pleasant experience. I received one of the best massages I have gotten so far. So the second time I went in with high expectations. I would have given a one star, but I have to give due credit for the first experience at this spa.It was a different therapist during my second visit and I must admit that this is one of the worst experience so far for me. As soon as I walked in they wanted me to pay upfront. That was strange as during my previous visit they asked for payment only after the massage. I don’t think any legitimate spas ask for payment upfront. After a very bad massage, I was walking out and met the receptionist. Before even enquiring about how the massage was, she just asked loudly in front of the therapist “Don’t you want to leave any money for the lady?” It was quite an embarrassing experience. In due consideration for the effort put in by the therapist I left her a 10% tip. I informed the receptionist that I was not at all satisfied with the massage.... she just laughed back at me as if you should have expected that... she did not show any concern for the feedback....Already frustrated with a bad massage and bad hospitality I simply left the premises.

Great massage experience for me and my husband. The masque is very progessional with good pressure. Really help me with my back tension. The head and neck massage is so good I wish it will never ends.As to the foot massage, incredible, Kelly knows her stuff. Can't wait to have another one.This spa is under rated, nice environment,fair price, great service. Will definitely go back.

I ve been visiting this spa for years and Linda and Judy are fantastic. The same massage therapists work there for ages and prices are super reasonable. Highly recommend!

Excellent deep tissue massage. Highly recommend. Kelly is excellent. So is Sunny.

Summer really helped me with my neck pain. She pays attention to the concerned areas and knows how to treat it well.

Linda is absolutely amazing she helped me so much I was feeling so sore and stiff she was able to massage out the stiffness in my joints.

First time visiting Kelly Health Spa. Kelly was amazing. I went for circulation improvement which was absolutly great and it was a great experience. It was better than many other places I went for Massage therapy.I definitly recommend Kelly.I definitly will go back.

The staff is competent but you have not live until you have experienced the massage therapist Yuki. She has a delightful personality but, more importantly, she is highly intuitive and can really take a person apart and put them back together. She has contributed to my health for 6 years now. Excellent

Summer is great!!! She is careful and detailed. She did a really good job. I feel like a new person!!!!!! Price is also best!

Love this place. I got a few massage therapy sessions done here and it helped reducing the back pain.
