Brad is very knowledgeable, friendly, honest. Gets the job done efficiently and professionally. Explains to the customer the pro's and con's of the job that needs to be done. Doesnt try and upsell you. Doesn't use scare tactics and goes above and beyond. Explanations are explained in a language that is understandable to all. Makes sure you know what your options are. Reasonably priced (5 Stars)
