Had always heard about the great service a reasonable prices from Hands on Time but had not had the great need to seek them out. But over time I had one watch and then the next and the next die and sit unusable. So like most new customers I came in with a pile of watches. Most were just quick battery changes. Got them done and even had the time and dates set. One was an old Seiko Divers automatic. (Only real" watch I own) Bought it new and served me for years. Another place told me not to bother fixing and it sat in a drawer for years. Was told in the end it was a simple repair and got it back in a week for a very fair price. Had my old friend back on my wrist again! A+++ service!"

Walked in with some inherited watches. They took the time to explain to me how to operate them as well as changed 2 batteries and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Amazing professional service and super friendly. Nice selection of watches as well. Will definitely have all of my items serviced here. Thank you for amazing service.

Got recommended to this place and it was an impeccable recommendation. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about watches and is very personable which makes the experience even better. Just went in for a cleaning and to remove a link and now a customer for the long term. Highly recommend bringing any of your watch questions and repaiea to Hands On, you won't be disappointed.

I have a wall clock and it stopped 5 years ago when my husband passed I know it's bazar I have looked for a new key for years had estimate for a new one to be made it was over $350 and I went to this shop with my friend it's not only a very original place but it's friendly and the gentleman sold me a key for $6.00 my clock works like a charm .We need more places like that in Buffalo

I needed batteries replaced in two watches and another one resized. Bill, who is extremely friendly, had it taken care of in a matter of minutes. I was surprised by how low the price was. I will definitely be recommending Hands On to others.

Very helpful with what i needed. Tye work wad quick, precise and much less than what others quoted. It turned out to be as something as simple as a battery change. I was almost charged 5 times the price elsewhere to check and fix.
