Canadian Tire

Helpful staff. The garden centre guy needs some shade. He is too nice to be baking in the sun all day. Pretty sure you guys have an umbrella in there.

Don’t bother shopping here anymore. They have locked everything up & the staff can’t open the locks. Today was the third time, since it my local Canadian Tire went in to purchase a chainsaw blade, but ended up purchasing it at Lowes nearby instead. Like my last few purchases.This is the 3rd time & last time Ive waisted an hour of my time trying to shop here, by the time you find an employee then show them what you want to buy. Then the employee gets the keys to open the enclosed racks. Can’t open the locks. It’s the biggest waist of time.Of course this has nothing to do with the employees. It has everything to do with the owner/management of this store (I am sure trying to combat shop lifting, with the way the world is going). But you are now losing $$ for the customers who come to buy things.Hire more or better security or shut your doors & only sell online.Such a waist of time.Shop anywhere else.

3☆ Because the lady going around trying to get everyone to join the Mastercard program has a hard time understanding no. If I say no"-"I'm not interested" just leave it at that. Pushing it and pursuing to try to "pursade" me just means I'm less likely to return to this store.Otherwise service was fine

No complaints; I do get stalked by Mastercard girl but I know she just doing what she hired to do. Every time I there gets to be annoying. On positive note, she never let's me feel lonely; while floor workers avoid any eye contact or assistance for customers.

This store is worse with customer service and stock of items. And lot of time they will cancel online irder without calling and apologize to customer. And in store if you ask someone especially customer servuce desk God help you. You will get rudeness and end looking for what you come alone because they are useless. Now I order something online and pending still for 2 days like they are making item to sell.Never will come there. Will buy at other stores.

Booked an appointment so that I wouldn't be late just to switch out a tire waited 35 minutes after arriving early and then was still late and just to have some customer service attendant belittle me and ask is after all that waiting I wanted just to take my car and drive away without any work done and he even had the audacity to say we have other appointments booked. I said this is why I booked and showed up early sir. What's the point of pre booking and showing up early then. Might as well do first come first serve. Terrible service and terrible manners.

I love the search unit when you enter that shows where your item is in the store. I didn't like the 2 outside sales girls following me around trying to get me to join their programs. I also like that they allow you to bring your dogs into the store. Didn't find what I needed though

First time at this store. Queued outside for some minutes (less than 10 minutes) due to COVID-19 social distancing rules. Availability of different products in the store and quick checkout. Their garden centre is also opened and have different checkout. Ample parking available.Overall, great experience

Absolute worse Canadian Tire I've ever stepped foot in and never will I again, the manager is a rude arrogant man litterly yelling at me after I left and went to another section. What are you trying to be a BIG ol' boss in front of your employee well you do you bud I walked out and away from your ignorant mouth. Don't judge CT just by this store whatever you do as the other stores are usually wonderful and helpful.

I had a little problem with the customer service. I Spoke to the manager., and she did not. Let us leave until we were satisfied very good service. I was really impressed on how much they value their customers.
