November 2021 3★A small Pizza Hut location. No eat in. No tables. Take out only. Placed an online order for 2 pizzas and they were fine. Placed it early for a timed pickup before 6pm. Pizza wasn't too bad. Staff was fine. Parking can be a bit difficult since there are a lot of other stores/restaurants in the plaza.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PIZZA. Do not order from here. We got the home style and they gave us a thin crust. Tried to complain and they didn’t do anything. Such terrible service. Plus the pizza was UNDERCOOKED. Stay away from this location there’s a reason it has such low reviews

I share the same issue as others pizza was under cooked and doughy. Dough was not firmly pressed into pan to give it that fried crunch I look forward to from pizza hut.I got the pizza of the day $10.99 which is $1 more then Pizza Nova and pizza Nova is way more consistent and generous with toppings and cheese.

I placed order online for triple treat box. I reached there at the time of pickup shown in their app. But got my order after waiting for 40 minutes in their store. We were standing in their restaurant and asked them continuously about our order but literally no one was ready to answer us.The person at the cash counter kept going inside the kitchen and ignored us. It was really very disappointing.Pizza was good, especially the base of the pizza was really good.

got my online order all wrong. added maple bacon to my order for extra cost, didn't get it, ordered the pizza with the pan crust, gave me stuffed crust which i hate, not to mention the stuffed crust was totally under cooked and tasted like half done dough. never again.

Horrible location, went there first time and got terrible customer service. I got two burned pizza, called to complain about it and the manager responded saying I can only give you one because it’s not burned. So there is not value to customer comaplains. I was willing to drive up to store to show her but the manger said I can only replace one pizza. If you ever go to this location please double check ur Order quality before taking home a pickup order.

worst location ever. If I could give zero stars I would. ordered pizza and wings here and both were undercooked. the wings were dry as sand & the pizza was 99% dough. this place is ridiculously cheap with toppings & overall they are the worst pizza hut location I have ever visited. I called the store with regard to it, in which an employee asked me to call the store tomorrow as the store manager wasn’t present. upon letting her know she said the wings couldn't be undercooked because they cook it for 6 mins to which I said that’s probably why its not cooked. the pizza just tasted like cheese and dough & there was clearly no care if whether the food should taste good to the staff here. if you can’t do your job, you shouldn’t take the orders. when asked for her name, she hung up & no call back. the lack of professionalism is disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. save your money!! these people are cheap and definitely will not give your moneys worth. unfortunately, I spent $100 here but lesson learned. I should’ve read the reviews first

Still shocked at what happened tonight! Ordered at 9:30pm, delivery was scheduled by 10:10 latest. Called the store at 10:15 someone answered by saying hello?" ! Asked for an update and I was told the driver is on the way already. 15 minutes later no delivery yet

I tried pizza from this store two times and writing this reviewTotally disappointed!! The worst pizza I ever had... The toppings are burned and dough is not crispy, but having a lot of oil .. Also not feel hygienic. I prefer to give a zero ⭐
