Alpha Geomatics recently did a Real Property Report for us. Kia was excellent from start to finish. He explained what was involved, cost, timing etc. before the work. On the day of the survey, the 2-man crew was also very friendly. I had a minor issue with respect to encroachment. Kia offered to get an opinion from the city, and guided me to resolve the encroachment issue before submitting to the city for approval. I likely had more questions than the average homeowner throughout the process, and Kia patiently answered every question clearly and promptly. It was overall a very positive experience with Alpha/Kia. I highly recommend them.
