Never had worse Japanese food. I get that it's fast food but the bowl I got had the soggiest, grossest tofu goop I've ever tasted. The tempura was soft and moist as well. Not hot and horrible taste. I wanted to like this place because it's near my work but I won't be back. Plenty of better options in the area.

We've tried 3 dishes here. All of it are really good. Personally, spicy chicken udon is the best. I love the spicy noodles and chicken karaage!Staff are friendly and ready to serve you!

Delicious food, friendly staff and clean place. The only downside is that there are not many seats. On a good day, it’s nice to have food to go and eat outside library

The street board advertisement got me with the tako bombs which we discovered has octopus in a fried batter. After eating so much along the walk through Robson, it was nice to see a venue offer quick bites to have a taste of their menu!! Pay and order first and then pick up, enjoy at a table for 2 since it’s a small restaurant and then clean up your table after and place trays in designated area. Simple and easy. The tako bombs were pretty good but it definitely needed some hot sauce so we bought some for about $0.30Cad not bad but usually it’s a free condiment for us. It definitely brought out the flavors! The karage chicken was also a good find! If I had room in my tummy I would have grabbed some spam musubi!! Looked good!!

Very happy I tried out this place when I was initially hesitant. Food here was just superb and portions were generous, plus it’s in downtown so it’s really easy to get there. They also have a patio area which is nice as the inside of the store isn’t very spacious. They don’t accept cash though, so make sure you have a debit/credit card if you go here!

Ebi Ten is the best place to go when I don't pack a lunch for work. It is across the street from the Central Library and I can take my selection up to the rooftop garden and have my lunch there. The prices are reasonable and the food seems to be healthy. I can get in and out quickly as long as no one is hanging around the grab-and-go section.

If you want a quick Japanese grab & go food, Ebi Ten is perfect. The price & portion are good. The food tasted good.- Tonkatsu curry: pork katsu were crispy yet the meat was tender. The curry sauce was thick (not watered down) - tasted ok.- Cheese katsu curry: the pork katsu was crispy & tender. I wish they put more cheese on the katsu. Again, the curry wasn’t mu favorite.- Teriyaki chicken: hubby’s favorite! The chicken was well cooked. The pieces were tender & flavorful.- Karaage bento: it came with 3 big pieces of crispy karaage. The meat was tender & well seasoned.- California roll: the rolls were rather small sized but taste wise, they were good roll.We bought the food to-go few times and our order came out pretty fast. We ordered via Uber Eats one time and everything was packed properly and was still warm when we got it.

Casual inexpensive (per YVR standards!) across the street from my hotel. Bright and clean. Most of customers ordering takeout. Staff friendly and very efficient.Small place, tables/chairs for approx 10 dine in customers, mix of US/Asian music playing in background.Waited approx 5 mins for my order to be prepared. Katsu was plentiful, moist and crispy. Udon noodles were chewy and broth beefy flavorful.Damn, who would have thought, great value for your money
