I have been patients here for more than 10 years now, never experienced such a unprofessional In the test room. All the students were so unprofessional not only to me when I was doing my test, but to all other clients, instead of giving attention to clients and giving instructions, they were talking about their classmates wedding to be happening in this summer ( this is just an example that they were talking, instead of giving proper instructions to the clients there and focusing on their test) very rude, I never experienced such treatment ever in this 10 yrs of period I have been going there.. very disrespectful to the seniors, as I could see them folding their arms and shouting at seniors not to blink and turn back and talk to their fellow students and sighs when the picture is didn’t came out good I guess.. when I went in same thing happened to me, very very unprofessional students, so disrespectful towards clients.. nobody wants to know which of your classmate is getting married, they need little bit of courtesy and proper instruction on how to do test..

Only problem was long wait but well worth it.Staff polite and helpful.First Dr.we saw ( sorry forgot his name) was young and very thorough and patient in getting full history. Dr.Margolis then came in and diagnosed the problem. First time in many visits to other clinics that a solution was found.Saw revues that he was arrogant but found him pleasant and to the point and was able to give us a diagnosis.I think you get the response you give to people.

This place is horrible. My mother in law waited 3+ hours to be seen by Dr. Edward Margolin. The first thing he told her was that she is overweight, and needs to exercise, after having told multiple doctors including this one. Multiple of the issues that had been going on were not consistent with weight. My question is, if someone who was incredibly fit, and young would this still be the way you treat patients? Would you then treat them as more than just their health card number? I’m questioning why a place with such inconsiderate and arrogant doctors are still remained employed? A further complaint will be made. Just a note for Dr. Edward Margolin, there is a right way, and a wrong way to speak to people, being ignorant, inconsiderate, and revolting is not one of them. People wait multiple months for these appointments, just to be treated like garbage. Absolutely disgusting. Please find a new career.

Best care I have received in a long time. I came in as an emergency case, they helped me get tests done and get to the source of the problem quickly. Dr Margolin and his team are amazing. I am so happy that I was referred to them. Yes the wait can take long at times but you are being looked at by the best team and its worth every minute. Thank you so much to this team of doctors. Keep up the good work!

It seems that nobody cares about the patients!I sent an email for some time and there was no response. It would be professional if somebody has the courtesy to respond and arrange for an appointmentThis clinic is dealing with a huge number of old patients and empathy and respect is expectedWhen you have a chance to be seen by an ophthalmologist, they don't welcome you and treat you as punching bag you are just a number that is scoring earnings for the doctor.PATHETIC! Shame on everybody

Doctor Margolin used to be a decent doctor, but now is a businessman more than a doctor. He made a mistake with my mom's cataract surgery and had to call another doctor to fix it while my mom was waiting the whole day in the car..Doctor Margolin himself is the most arrogant and condescending doctor we ever met. This is if he even speaks to you, which doesn't happen often. I guess this is how money impacts people..The clinic has terrible wait times. Last time we visited there was hardly any place to stand, not to mention to sit. It's like a factory. They now charge almost $200 for the test and another $200 for the crystal. To add insult to injury, they still require masks, and if you don't have one, they will gladly sell you one for $2. Absolutely disgusting.Avoid this doctor at all costs.

This is by far the worst office I have every been in. I waited over 3 hours for him to tell me something that was not relevant to my problem I initially waited months to see him for. It wasn't until I grabbed my purse crying my eyes out to leave that he finally looked up from his computer and acknowledged me. I will be taking this complaint further to the patient ombudsman. Doctors that are ill mannered and lack compassion should not be in practice Save your time and find yourself a better doctor, and not one with such a dismissive manner.

Doctor Margolin and his team were fantastic with me and my eye issue. Was happy to be referred to them. Long waiting time is to be expected but they warned me multiple times about it and I was prepared with a book so a non issue.

I was in and out in two hours. There is no parking so I got dropped off. It is a very busy office. It is a good idea to bring a book or headphones. The secretaries are constantly busy and I observed they are very good at their job. Dr. Margolin is worth the wait.

Was referred here by my neurologist. Let me just say: I don’t mind waiting in the waiting room for a few hours if it gets me to see a doctor that I need to see. All the appointments I got were six months apart or more - each appointment took about six months to happen. I went in because I have double vision that is progressively worsening and won’t stop. Within the first two appointments they misdiagnosed me and when I told them that it wasn’t correct because all of my other tests showed I did not have this disease, and all my other doctors agreed I did not have this disease, they kept insisting that they were right and had to do surgery. I declined surgery because they kept misdiagnosing me and not listening to me. Then, a follow up was booked. I waited six months for it. I actually went over to Mayo Clinic in the states at this point in time, in which they told me it was likely a convergence spasm and to tell this and follow up with my ophthalmologist at home. Oh, and they also told me to NEVER do surgery on my eyes because of my condition, and that the surgery I was recommended would’ve made my eyes worse and would’ve needed more surgeries after. So, safe to say it’s good that I declined that surgery. Anyway, back home, I waited. Six months later, at my appointment, he didn’t show up. I was told to go to another doctor, who told me I had to see Dr. Margolin for his opinion. I waited another six months. I went in, the secretary told me “Oh he left for an emergency call.” He didn’t show up again. She told me to see another doctor but I told her that I couldn’t because that’s what they told me last time and I had to specifically tell Dr Margolin about this. The secretary also told me she was calling all the patients about him leaving office, which was not the case because I did not get a call, nor did I see her pick up the phone once while I was waiting for an hour to do tests. After the tests, she told me that they were booked but they’d call me tomorrow to book another appointment. Never got a call. Never got a follow up on my tests. It’s been almost a year now and I don’t care to go back, since they clearly have no idea how to treat me.
