My mother, Anita, paid $250.00 for 12 sessions of upper lip and chin laser. After 9 sessions covid hit and the salon closed down. Upon reopening, my mom wanted to continue her remaining 3 sessions however Sangeeta refused to conduct the treatment. We requested a refund and were denied again. As per Sangeeta if we wish to continue we would have to pay again. How does this even make sense? We have paid upfront for the full 12 sessions, if you do not want to stand by your commitment then at least have the decency to return the money for the unused services!! Bunch of thieves. Stay away from these LIARS, never mind the skin burns she caused!!!

The salon is hygienic and well-maintained. Customers are treated well.Kudos to Mrs. Sangeeta! She is really good at what she does. My acne covered face has improved a lot after I started getting facials here. And I’m totally looking forward to my next appointment. Can’t wait to get my facial peel done here.

I recommend this place if anyone wants hair highlights or balayage because they do it perfectly.

Athena Salon and MediSpa is by far one of the best I have been to! Highly recommended by all as they are always on time, courteous, professional and the work is always outstanding!! This is the only salon I trust with my daughter's hair .. No matter which service you go in for the end results are always fantastic .. I would give them a 20 out of 10 if I could, that's how great they are!!

Decided to check this place out after driving past it during my trip to Toronto. The owner, Sangeeta, who is also the esthetician that performs the treatments that you requests. After talking to her, we decided that a facial would be the best treatment for me to rejuvenate and increase the overall health of my skin. The whole treatment lasted an hour and it was the best facial treatment that I have ever received. Sangeeta definitely know what she is doing and I would recommend anyone to go see her!I am excited for my next trip to Toronto because I will definitely be visiting this place again for another treatment! AMAZING!

On 2 separate occasions I've visited athena the lady was very nice and prices is good but, I visited on a very snowy day to treat myself to a facial treatment. The place is big and nice but honestly speaking you were sitting there by yourself with no one else in the spa because it was soo snowy, you could of cleaned! Laying on the massage table face down was not nice looking at all the hair and and dirt! I couldn't even put my face down on the sheet I used my shirt! Even the washroom was dirty like come on how hard is it to pass a broom and sanitize!!! Take pride in your business! Both times my brows where messed up because you were talking and rushing for other people...
