The staff spent 30 minutes on a single customers. All the other 8 customers standing there wait for it. But the staff doesn't care about it at all. She just keeps chatting with that client in a relax and slow pace, just like sitting on a coach at her home with someone. I am really confused why the management didn't do anything to train and improve their employees efficiency. At let teach your employee how to prioritize tasks pls. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I would I could have another branch near my home instead of this one.

I’ll give 0 star if I can. The staff working here works super slowly. Long lineup. The staff made so many troubles and spent 40mins just for a simple pickup.

Staff named Sandy slacking off at 6:40pm on Sep 6th 2022. Huge line up and nobody at work for half an hour. Unacceptable!!!!

The worst post office I have never been! The manager lady didn't wana give my package to me because my ID have different address with the package，and keeps asking me to present a letter with the same address. I showed her my order history with my name and the same address，and even the email that Canada post sent to me that told me to pick up the package there，BUT she also did not give me my item and said that it is the policy? (what kind of policy that let people to prove themselves are themselves? to give the costumers hard time?)and very rude to let me move to other place just like I am something dirty. it is really bad experience for me ever.

I've had no problem with the staff until today. There was an older lady who works there occasionally (or at least I rarely seen her there during the day and I go to this CP location quite often), had no smile and was EXTREMELY rude when asked a simple question. If you hate your job that much, maybe go work somewhere else where it doesn't require customer service???

The receptionist is always not in the front desk. Clients always have been here minutes ago but not seeing any receptionists. Waiting is common. Although you are here 1 minute later than the time of receptionists getting of work, you won’t get any help and they will let you keep knowing that they’re already off duty.

Wanted to give them 0. Express delivery is like after 1 month. Worst mistake was to send parcel through canada post. Other shipments are faster then them, international packages are delivered within 15 days. I m still waiting for my package to be delivered but no response from customer service, nothing from canada post online chat. Nobody have any answer, sometimes feel like crying, why i choose canada post. Lesson learnt.
