Staff are super kind here. From August to September Indy was having a hard time - he was continuously getting sick to the point we were going in once a week. The staff told us they'd waive the vet fee as he was going in so often! They always take great care of him and even answer my calls and give tips or potential solutions to what's troubling him before I schedule an appointment! The place is clean and a special shoutout to Dr. Jeun who calmed me down when Indy was a puppy and ingested yarn from the tomato plants outback. She even called me a couple days later to see how Indy and MYSELF were doing. She is brilliant!Attached is a photo of Indy chilling on the chairs. They are also awesome with my stubborn pooch who loves to do his exams on my lap!

I had previously been with Emeryville Animal hospital for 22 years. The service, knowledge & professionalism has always been at the highest standard of excellence! Equally important though, is how my fur children have always been treated like one of their own!

Great, communicative vets and staff that always give you the information you need to make care decisions for your pets. I've had a much better experience here with my senior cats and their health complications than I've had elsewhere. I can rest assured that my fur babies are in good hands here!

We brought our napoleon minuet, munchkin kitten to the Emeryville animal hospital for her second shots and check up. We were greeted by such pleasant young ladies and that continued throughout the visit. Dr. Grant was absolutely amazing with Luna. Very pleasant and very professional. We have 100% confidence that Luna will be in good hands with her upcoming visits and surgery. We thank Dr. Grant and staff for such wonderful care. I did the most difficult thing a pet owner ever has to do today - I had to put my elderly, ailing dog down.
