Avoid this company. It deceives its customers by misinformation.On March 18, 2023 I bought two Items that were advertised as By one get one 50% off"I was informed by an employee and confirmed by the store manager that I would get 25% off on each item.I paid and took a look at the receipt.I was given 11.7% off on each item instead of 25%."

Lots of cute, interesting products. Great quality and variety of products. Know your prices though. Great deals throughout the store.Mary served us at cash. She was very friendly, took the time to greet us,explained the coupon, and made eye contact and smiled! Very refreshing especially during busy Christmas season.

I love wondering around Kitchen Stuff Plus stores and I always find something to buy; kitchen accessories, bathroom accessories, mats, etc. They also have very cute Christmas decorations and accessories.The store is very close to the Cloverdale Mall entrance and is easily accessible. There is ample parking spots available in the parking lot.

Tons of great kitchen and bath products in Kitchen Stuff Plus. Lots of well known brands like Lodge and Henkels. You can’t come in here and not leave with at least a couple time saving gadgets, some new serving wear, or something for a gift. Lots of fun!

Store Manager would not do return on product purchased a week ago. Said that unsuitability" of product was not eligible for refund. Product was unused & in original packaging/condition.Sadly

In February, I purchased a set of dishes and when I opened them, there was one bowl with a few black specs underneath the glaze. I called Kitchen Stuff Plus and spoke to a very friendly person, Marshall. He immediately advised me to bring in the bowl with my bill and they would replace it. When I arrived with the bowl, Marshall was not on shift, however, I had the pleasure of dealing with Heather and Cayla. I wanted to purchase one more set of the same dishes so I would have a serving for 8 people. They immediately replaced the bowl. Cayla pulled a second set of dishes down and Heather and Cayla, opened the new set and went through every dish to ensure that I would have a perfect white set of dishes. With smiles and friendly chat, they assisted other customers that had questions and efficiently handed the registers for customers wanting to pay. Any dish that they were unsure of, they showed it me. They packed up all the dishes at the end. Staff at Kitchen Stuff Plus care about customer satisfaction. I was very impressed with this experience and will be back many more times. Thank you Marshall, Heather and Cayla.

The staff at this location are very helpful in assisting customers...and they're very pleasant about it. One on instance, i approached a staff member during the busy holiday season, and even though she was assisting a number of customers ahead of me, she was still quite pleasant and helpful. During another visit, I was talking to myself trying to find an item, and a staff member passing by overheard and approached me to direct me to the right location.

Wow, what a gem! This place is stacked with kitchen goodies. A huge selection of kitchenware sets, tupperware, dining ware etc..I spent close to an hour just browsing all the variety! The store is exceptional well.kept and the staff are fun and friendly. The lines aren't too bad, I was here on boxing day and it was decent. Overall great place to visit if you are looking to jazz up your kitchen.

Disrespectful and condescending tone.Two days ago, I bought this electric kettle. We used it only three times, and the metal has already turned the colors shown in the photos. I tried to return it. The first employee only asked if I had used it, to which I answered yes. Then, she called her boss, who I believe is named Ekta. When Ekta saw the kettle, she spoke with a condescending tone and said, You need to clean it from time to time

Good product selection available and reasonable prices. But the lines are so slow and why do you require" so much personal data to "allow" me to buy two loaf pans? Hint: you don't."
