Worst nail job I've ever received. She cut my cuticles 5 times so that I'm left with scabs. I have a French manicure gel nails; the white used was polish and not done evenly. I had to have a tip put on my pinky and it looks awful! Lastly she ground down one of my nails so it hurt!? On top of that I was charged $50?!

My fav spot. She is amazing. Very careful, knowledgeable and conscious of my nail health (which many places are not). My nails are really thin am so afraid of drills because I’ve been injured many times but she is always so careful and never goes too close. I’ve been getting gel nails for 3 months now and my nails are still so healthy. Usually I need a break by now. Not only do my nails look so good when she does them, but they grow out so nicely. I’m on week 5 and NO lifting or chipping!!! I live in Ottawa and come to visit my family 1x a month and always have to get my nails done here. Thank you!

I usually only write positive reviews but unfortunately felt compelled to write this. At first I was quite pleased with We Nails..but due to my recent experience I will not be back. The colour I picked for my son's wedding was not even close to what was on the colour wheel..I was told by the owner Vivi that it was 18 months old. Change it then! Sun fades polish..They should also remember to treat all customers with respect. I have not liked the way they have spoken to my beautiful Mom.That is where I draw the line! Maybe if they were more interested in their customer's experience rather than packing in as many people as possible..just saying..It's too bad but I feel like they have just went downhill steadily

I was a recent visitor at this nail salon and it was a complete disappointment. Let me start with the fact that there is only one couch to sit on and it only seats 3 people at a time. They had a group of 7 people squeezed into one small area which is completely unprofessional. None of their foot basins were cleaned after use they just stuck a new plastic cover on top even tho mine had holes in it which would tell you that bacteria, skin and nail clippings may have gotten into the basin. While one woman was getting a pedicure she was also having a manicure done at the same time and after she was done soaking her nails the lady doing her nails proceeded to dump the dirty water into the basin where she was currently soaking her feet and the second woman was still working on her feet. Tools were cleaned in alcohol only and while this can steralize them over the course of a day of work with multiple tools being washed and soaked it would loose it's ability to sanitize which is why there are proper sanitization products that are made for business like nail salons and spas. To make things worse no one working in the salon is a certified esthetician which is extremely important as you need to know the anatomy of the nails, skin and bodies you are working on, someone off the street CANNOT! train you in this field you need a professional teacher who has 5 to 10 years in spa and spa management experience. The woman beside me had a clear nail fungal problem and they proceeded to use the same nail polish that they use on everyone else which is a main source of spreading nail fungi. They don't use base coat which stains the nails yellow, if you are a frequent client here and have noticed your nails are going yellow this is why. Places like these are what give spas a bad name and why people don't understand the professionalism of spas and their prices. Sure your nails were cheap but I myself would rather pay more for better quality work. Also when working in a English speaking town you should know how to speak proper English to communicate with your clients and not have someone translating for you, it's unprofessional and makes people uncomfortable. Moral of this post, you get what you pay for! Enjoy your infected feet, hands, and faces!

They use to be so good now they are terrible. They are too busy running to the next appointment that they double booked. I took my sister here for her birthday and felt embarrassed with the job that was done. I had a regular manicure & spa pedi. She rushed my manicure so she could get to her shellac manicure. My 3 year old nephew could have done a better job... it actually looked worse in person then in the photos. My pedi started peeling after a week... I will never go back. Every time I go it's worse and when the owner does a terrible job it's time to move on...

They were very good, however this business closed at the beginning of COVID.

I had an appointment and I was accepted right away; I got the shellac mani/pedi - the results were incredible but they had to go into a back room to get their tools so I did not see them sterilize the tools.

They do shellac but they don't do it right and it comes off in less than a week. They're also super aggressive when filing my nails and they always file them shorter than I tell them to. Not a good place from my experiences

Disappointed with the service provided at we nails. To begin they were very overpriced. For example twin nails only charges 15$ for shellac but here they charged 30$. Normally I would be OK with this if it was worth the price but it was not. I left there salon with nail polish all over my fingers. Also she had cut my finger while trying to do the manicure.... I expected more and will not be returning WE NAILS CLUB and I would not encourage anyone to go.

Great place....lovely girls. I be had quite a few pedicures here but my first time getting my nails done. Very helpful and they look amazing!
