Sept 26/22: The best thing about Everlea is Sana! My experience with her has been excellent. Since she became building manager, things have greatly improved (including tenant quality). Although she is incredibly busy, issues are actioned and well taken care of. As well, Sana is wonderful to interact with - very approachable, engaged and responsive.Update, Mar 8/23: I've been very impressed with Nick, the new building maintenance person. He's a terrific addition to the Everlea team!

We’ve lived here for a couple months and the building is clean, spacious, and beautiful. Sana, the building manager, is wonderful and has been so helpful every time we’ve needed to contact her for anything. We love our unit & the building overall, the location is also impossible to beat- everything you need is nearby!

Sana…Apartment manager is super slow to react, causing lots of anxiety, it’s taking more than 3 months to to fix a very simple issue.

Look elsewhere...we have not had a great experience with management in this building. They falsely advertise pool access, there is no pool access. We've lived here for over a year and a half and still do have have access to the pool and spa".The amenity space is nice

Sana the building manager was extremely slow in responding, if she even responds. I've been ghosted multiple times and she forgets I even communicated with her already. Interior quality is not great, for the price you can find better units elsewhere. Tenants complain about lack of pool access and they in fact do not have access to it because it is owned by the residential/owner building adjacent and they have no approval, yet the website continues to advertise it is available. I don't know why current tenants who complain haven't reported them to RTB yet. Overall, it's an unorganized, average quality place, and I have moved to another place.

Sana is only friendly when you are still deciding where to live. Once you made the decision she will ignore all of your request. I have been ghosted for countless number of times. I don’t think she has the ability to understand people’s question and she always claim that she is busy. I had to call her manger every time to get problems resolved and her manager is unresponsive as well.

The place is decent, but the management is ruthless. Your typical red-taped corporation that is always out for a profit. Do not trust them to actually care" for the welfare of their tenants. I know I shouldn't have."

I have just signed onto this building, and I am grateful to Sana for all the help she has been in navigating the process. She was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. I'm looking forward to getting to know her better!

The development company (Cressey) falsely advertise amenities/features on the website for the Everlea. We were promised a pool + hot tub and they haven't been made available to us after being included in our lease and being deciding factors as to why we moved here a year ago. Multiple people in the building have been filing legal claims for compensation (and they are winning the claims), so obviously there is no intention of ever providing the pool. Yet they still advertise it to this day.
