I went to Namu after seeing a friend who recently went to Kate for microblading and hybrid lashes. I asked for the same thing and Kate did not disappoint! Very happy with the end result.Cleanliness - The space was in a salon, and we used one of the back rooms. The table was covered in plastic and Kate wore a mask and I was advised to do the same due to COVID regulations in the booking email. Kate had to leave the room as I had someone drop off something for me at the salon and she was able to let them in (thanks KATE!). Even though my eyes were closed I noticed she was very diligent washing her hands before she worked on my lashes again - full 20 Mississippi's hahahComfort - Kate is very detail oriented and made sure that I should let her know if there was any discomfort while she was working. If there was an extension she put on that was itchy, she immediately addressed the problem although I didn't ask her what she did... I feel like she took the extension out and worked on a new spot or added less glue?? I should have asked! oopsI also have lower back pain if I have to lie down too long - Kate provided a support pillow/leg support pillow?/ foam wedge? which made the time much more comfortableProfessionalism - Kate was very informative before we started. She gave me different options and made a recommendation for what would likely be best for my face. I liked how she was considerate of how natural I wanted my lashes to look and she was able to tell me the difference between how my lashes would look in person vs in photos for my weddingCommunication - Kate is lovely! She let me rest and respected when I didn't want to make small talk and she was very easy to talk to if I initiated a conversation.I'll be coming back to get my lashes done from Kate for my wedding!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kate!! Not only did she do a fantastic job with my brows, explaining everything so well with lots of patience, she is talented and one of the most genuine, sweet human beings I've come across! I will never go anywhere else.

The place is very tidy and comfy. Kate is friendly , professional and very detailed.Also each prices are very reasonable. When I visited her 1st time , I was already her fan .She is a person who depend on my all parts of beauty.

She did eyelash extension and eyebrow microblading&shading on me. I am very satisfied with my eyebrows! It's so natural and go so well with my face. It's my second time doing eyebrows and comparing it to the previous one, Kate is much better! Kate would accomodate all the requests made by you and work with you to make the best outcome as much as possible. She is so detail-oriented and her skill is so talented. You won't regret! I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!

I had my first AND second eyelash extensions here at Namu Beauty Bar. Kate was super friendly and sophisticated. It has been a month since I have got the second extension. My lashes look still lavish and curly, which is incredible!! If you want to get long-lasting and natural eyelashes, I would definitely recommend Kate!

Kate has been my go-to girl for lashes! She is so friendly, sweet and professional. She knows what works best for your eye shape and will always double-check with you if you're comfortable with anything. Not to mention her prices are decently priced, and the quality is fantastic.
