Ricardo and his team went above and beyond to clean our very large vinyl deck with glass panel railing which is difficult to access. They used a soft brush as requested to preserve the UV protection on the vinyl, and took the time to clean the white railing with glass panels perfectly. They worked quickly and asked me to check their work before putting away their equipment and leaving the job. They were professional, friendly and I highly recommend West Coast Cleaning for any service they provide.

Ricardo and his team did a great job cleaning the gutters. They had quite a large amount of leaves due to the recent storm.There cleaning method of vacuuming worked well as it didn’t leave any sort of a messWill use them next year!

Recommend? ABSOLUTELY! The hardworking crew cleaned the outside of our home from top to bottom, including gutters and windows. Careful. Courteous. We now consider them our ‘go-to-guys’. Excellent experience.

I suggest you confirm they clean your gutters right. I watched him grab his ladder and climb up the roof with a leaf blower. 10 minutes later he told me he was done. I was confused why I didn't see him bring a pressure washer or water hose up there to clean out the heavier items such as shingle debris that gathers in gutters.So I grabbed my ladder and climbed up and took pictures while he finished packing his truck. I was shocked to see nothing was cleaned, except for the general leaves blown out. The bottom of the gutters were packed in heavy debris .I told him to go back up and clean it properly which he did with no questions. He again tried to say he was done so I inspected the other side of the house because my confidence was down now.I found another area and walked around to talk to him and I pointed and asked him if he did that side. He said he only did it with his leaf blower. So yet again I had to send up back up with the pressure washer.I feel the people who have given great reviews for this company is not inspecting their work or don't understand that removing leaves only does not clean gutters.If you don't have a ladder to get up and check just make sure you see them take the pressure water hoses up there to blow it up before you pay them.Ps. I do have photos but not sure how to post them. If anyone has suggestions how I would appreciate it so I can add the photos to this post.. but from what I can see it does not have that optionEdit 2. To respond to your response. That sounds great in theory but that is not what you did. You went up top with a bucket and a leaf blower . Then blew the leaves out and scrapped a few areas. Leaving LOTS of debris . At least 2 inches of it and loaded up your truck completely and asked for payment. I grabbed my ladder because I didn't see any type of water hose go up top. And when I got to my roof I was shocked to see you had done almost nothing. I took photos of the gutters and climbed down and showed you the photos. Only then did you go up top with a water hose and properly clean it.My point is us customers should not have to check your work. We want to trust you it's done properly.
