WASH ME on LUDLOW

We had our first sani dump experience here. Thankfully, the fellow was friendly and gave us some suggestions...then didn't hang around to watch, which took the pressure off!All went well.The place was clean and tidy, and the price seemed very reasonable.

Super friendly staff. High pressure hoses, change machine. Everything you need to wash your vehicle is conveniently right there and in great working condition

Service was so bad I had to laugh.Really long wait for the wand wash. I waited for about 10 mins with very little progress so I went into the office to ask about the drive-thru wash. I have a truck with running boards which doesn’t usually get cleaned very well with these machines but with the long lines on the wands, I went in and spoke with the woman at the desk. I said that I would be willing to go through the drive-thru as long as if it came out dirty that she would let me go through a second time. She stands up and looks at my truck, seemingly to see if she thought it would get cleaned, and then agrees. I thought this was helpful to the business as no-one uses the drive-thru. The owner has been friendly and helpful in previous occasions. Unfortunately,this was not the owner.Anyhow, the drive-thru didn’t work. Truck came out ok but wheels and running boards were a mess. It just pushed around the road grime. So go back into the office ask the lady at the desk if she will turn the wash on again for me. She just says no. I’m confused as I’d just clarified my concerns and I thought we agreed on a solution. She says to me ‘you can go through as many times as you want, but I’m not paying for it.’ I question her asking what she thought I came into the office for 2 mins ago and she basically says ‘gotcha, now go away.’I’m annoyed but my truck is still dirty so I go to the back of the line and wait my turn again for the wand wash. As I’m finally finishing up, the truck in front of me leaves. There is still a line up of people trying to wash their vehicles. I try to quickly turn it off and go, but now the lady is in the empty stall walking around with the wand spraying the dirt from the previous vehicle into the drain. Problem is that because she’s pointing the hose at the ground in front of my vehicle, it’s flinging dirt on my truck. I’d already turned off my pressure washer and I wasn’t about to pay 3 times to wash the vehicle once, so I hop in the truck to leave. Lady stands in the way spraying mud on my truck. I motion for her to get out of my way, she stands to the side of my truck spraying the ground, and misting mud down the side of my vehicle as I drive past.Honestly, it’s funny reading this back but at the time the thought crossed my mind to stop and spray her with the hose. I don’t know what went wrong in her day, but she is absolutely the worst customer service person I’ve encountered. She was straight out of a Kevin Smith movie about uninspired and flatly terrible employees. Almost funny it was so bad.

You are looking for a place to wash your boat, RV, trailer or anything big, small with wheels? This is the place. Pricing is way to low compared to similar place. Washed all my gear, trailer and 3 sxs and ATV for 25$??? Are you kidding me. A bargain.

Decent bay for rv washing. The high walkways make it pretty easy to get a good scrub on the roof. Can get 2 people working at the same time to make the job a lot quicker.

I went here to wash the top of my van. It was fantastic. The man the was a great help to me. Very friendly. It’s nice to know there’s a place where all very high vehicles can go to wash the tops. After being parked in the bush for a few months it really needed a cleaning. Koodo’s to Wash Me!!

It's fine. I can never figure out why people won't use the second out let in the last vehicles stall. They prefer to wait untill tgey have the whole Bay

Good car wash, it's expensive when wand washing and be carfull when using credit card as it racks up fast. They are now using hot water for the soap option, which is a definite plus, I used to go to shell because the water was always cold here, but they seem to have fixed the issue. We will be back forsure as it's super convenient and vacumes and carpet cleaning and full auto wash too!
