Bryanna is amazing! It is so great to meet an auto mechanic that is knowledgeable, respectful and trustworthy. She gave a detailed explanation of the repairs my vehicle needed, the amount of time it would take and the cost before the work began. She was on time and under budget. I’m impressed.

Quick and fast service, I had a nail in the tire and they service me on the same day and on a 1 hour notice. Amazing and friendly. And honest with the work needed. Compared to a few places in other regions and areas. Thanks alot!

okay why have I gone to the other prominent tire shop when I could have been going to Kal Tire all the time? These guys seem to be straight up, caring hard working guys and gals. They offer free services that NOBODY offers and when they explain the cause and cost they take the time and use so much common sense. Fantastic work - This is old fashioned great service. I've been a customer for several years & been happy with the service, pricing etc. Would have given 5 stars all day long.Recently though (maybe since the conversion to a corporate" store) they seem understaffed. Front desk guys are obviously having to work in the shop

Thank you Kevin and Howard for sorting out the locking wheel nut situation. Both were creative in coming up with a solution in removing and replacing existing wheel nuts. They took the time to show me and explain different types of locking wheel nuts. They did this all respectfully and professionally. I was even presented with a bright orange bag to house my spare wheel nut and key. Definitely will recommend and return for future needs.

Last I went in for some noise of the front end of my truck and they had it up on the lift which got stuck checked almost everything gave me some ideas which didn't sound right to me but getting it home it spun the balancer bolts out she was under my truck inspecting it . Totally missed a major important piece . Unbelievable to say the least . Had it towed to them my cost, and now it's at another shop to get fixed .I'm out 500$ so far .appreciate all the help, Kal tire! Spoke to members there and they even said it should of caught it .well I'd stay away like I'm doing
