Wow, this food is some of the best!!! Tacos, nachos and quesadillas were all delicious. The service was also great!

Very tasty tacos made fresh to order. I like that you can add a mini side of nachos for variety! Lots of different hot sauces to try as well. Fun people, chill atmosphere (grab a beer next door), good food.

Vegan options were great! Just need to make the whole menu vegan. Need a Mexican lemonade or kombucha on the menu along with desserts. Outdoor picnic table seating had umbrellas but they moved around in the breeze. One large tent may work better.

We ordered the bambino quesadilla, and all of the tacos - everything came to under $50. The tacos were very flavourful, and great presentation. I didnt love the taco tortilla that much but it held up with the sauces and didnt disintegrate so I can see why the choice of tortilla. The bambino was a good size and flavourful as well. Live music playing nearby. 2 picnic tables for seating. Food was made quickly and staff were really friendly! Would definitely recommend and come again.

Love it! Tacos were super tasty, nachos were delicious, perfect blend of spicy and flavorful. Wish I could back every day! Goes perfect with a flight of beer from Side Launch! Guests are welcome to take food over to the side launch beer garden to enjoy!Dog friendly environment.

Oh. My. GAWD! Amazing! How amazing? Lets just say I would make the 2.5 hour drive, each way, JUST to get tacos from Mamacita. We had the Faux and the Rockfish, with sides of nachos. The flavour was incredible, portions fantastic, ambiance perfect, and the service was stellar. If your ever in Collingwood and consider yourself a lover of taco's, this is a MUST stop!

This review is in no way reflective of the food because they would not sell us any tacos. The poor customer service is what brings me here.Was visiting for a few hours on Canada Day from out of town and heard about this food truck with tacos and a great brewery next door. What better way to spend Canada Day, right?We found a table at the brewery then went to order tacos. We were turned away, saying the kitchen was over run and told us to come back in 40 minutes. Okay, we understood - it was a fairly busy day.We came back 30 minutes later. Told the same thing, turned away again. Came back an hour later and mentioned we weren't going to be around much longer - and I asked the cashier if we could order whatever tacos they had (not even caring at this point to get the ones we wanted). She reluctantly agreed and I told her if they couldn't make them, no worries but I was just trying to find any way to get us some food at that point. Then all I heard was someone (I guess the chef/owner?) say, we are not selling you any tacos

Vegan cauliflower taco is the best I’ve ever had, vegan or otherwise, was recommended by a friend and is so excellent! Fresh, high quality, interesting and loaded! You can tell they care and know what they are doing. The owners are also exceedingly kind; it was a nice hot sunny day and we were offered free water and even nachos for a short wait! Right in front of the Side Launch Brewery with lots of seating, they happened to have live music when we visited. A fantastic experience, we will definitely be returning! <3 Thanks again!!

Delicious and fresh ingredients. The last time I had a fish taco was in B.C. 3 years ago, so I’m thrilled I could finally satisfy my craving so close to home. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

This adorable little food truck has the best tacos and nachos. We got the brisket and the chicken tacos and a side of nachos. Everything was fresh and delicious with generous portions. They have two shaded picnic tables or you can take your meal to the tables at sidelaunch. Such nice people too! Thank you Alicia (spelling?). Dog friendly too - treats and shade! And my pup got a small bite of the brisket and gave it 5 stars.
