I’m in all the time and been for years and I never had one bad experience. Genuinely the most pleasant employees at a GameStop I’ve come across. The stock there is pretty good, and it’s usually pretty well organized. Always a treat to stop in! The employees are also incredibly helpful when you’re looking for anything and are pretty knowledgeable. Probably one of the better locations out of most GameStops.

I love the stock here, both games and merch, but it's too small. It's hard not to bump shoulders with other customers or employees, and the displays are crowded enough to feel cluttered, especially when things are busy enough that the staff haven't been able to reface the shelves in a little while. Nothing against the employees, they do their best and the customer service is always good, but the lack of space actively works against the pleasant shopping experience they're trying to provide.

I love this shop. I am a big fan of anime. I always wanted anime figurines. One day i was wandering around in the mall and found the shop. They have all kind of anime stuff.. i just love it.. and staff is also very nice and friendly..❣️❣️

Not the same as it was but that is more of the industries fault with digital delivery. Really hampers the used market. They do have a ton of merch however.

Worst experience ever, extremely rude sale associate, trying to sell me a warranty for 50$ when I replied that I don’t want to pay extra for a warranty he simply rudely mocked me and said” do you think we manufacture the Xbox “Message to GameStop owners: train your employee not to sell you an item by fear and to respect your customers

Donald and Kosta are amazing. I went in to buy some pokemon cards and they helped me find everything I need and more. I will definitely be coming back anytime I want to buy cards again. Super friendly and amazing people!

DO NOT GO HERE! This store in the mall is so HORRIBLE!! I walked in and all I felt was the gust of musty air blow right up my nose. The customer service here is dreadful as most customers know more about the games than the employees, they are rude and don’t help at all. I asked my companion about the smell and a evesdropping employee yelled at us the get out of we did not like the smell.0 out of five stars. side note* check the back rooms there could be a dead animal back there or something!!!

This store is absolutely wonderful! I called the location and Donald answered the phone professionally and greatly assisted me with a product search- which is very rare these days. He not only searched but held my items (until the end of the day.) This was a Godsend since I was traveling quite a way. Thanks so much!
