After thorough comparing of several pool service companies in Vaughan, we decided to work with Ontario Pool Service. These guys are the most knowledgable and honest people we have ever dealt with. They delivered an exceptional service at a decent price. We will continue using them for our pool needs and we highly recommend Ontario Pool Service.

Absolutely fantastic! I have owned a few pools in my life, and have always struggled to find a company that was reliable and consistent with the quality of the work. Thankfully a few years ago I found Ontario Pool Service. This company truly sets the bar in the industry. The professionalism, honestly and quality are unparalleled! Speaking from personal experience, from installing new pool equipment, servicing the current equipment, pool renovation, and pool liner change, I am extremely happy with all the services OPS provided, and continue to provide for me. I have also seen the amazing work they do on new pool construction, and when I need a new pool sometime in the future, I know who I will be calling.

OPS did the full installation and setup of all the equipment and the cover for the new pool we built last summer. We couldn't be happier with the quality and speed of the service! The equipment recommended and provided by Denis was top-notch and perfectly suited for our needs. It is very efficient and we love being able to control our pool from our phones. Everything was installed very professionally and was up and running faster than we expected. The attention to detail and very personal approach were much appreciated. I get petty revenge vibes from this dude, hope he doesn’t come after me for posting this. Anyways, you might not want Dennis anywhere near your pool or house from my experience. It does not seem like he cares even the slightest about doing a proper job and I believe he is incredibly reckless and incompetent.

My pool was constantly loosing water after the opening. The company who opened the pool couldn’t detect the problem, so we had to find someone else to do it. Other company came, did a pressure test and then gave us a quote for pipes replacement, which was over our budget. So we decided to have second opinion and get quote from another company. We had to do our research again and finally were lucky to call Ontario Pool Service. Their technician came to our house, did pressure test again and after detailed inspection figured out that the problem was in the filter valve, which wasn’t working properly and loosing water to the waste. So he fixed the valve and we ended up paying around $200 instead of $7000 for pipes replacement. We are very pleased with their service and highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable pool company! Keep up great work, guys!

Last spring I called the office regarding an issue with my pool heater and they sent over technician in a timely manner, who resolved the problem and helped me with some other minor issues. I also decided to hire them to open and maintain my pool. They have done a great job! Ontario Pool Service is a very customer service oriented company. If you need any pool service or repair, I would strongly recommend to call them.

Ontario pool service has been serving our pool since the beginning of this year. We had a massive pool job that needed to be done, and we were lucky enough to find them. They had to remove the old paint and repaint whole pool, redo the coping around it and also make holes for our new safety cover. Needless to mention that the safety cover that they provided has 15 years of warranty!!Also we had asked them to maintain our pool through the summer. They came every Thursdays to check the pH level, balance chemicals, vacuum the bottom of the pool and take care of all the equipments.We truly enjoyed service provided by Ontario pool and wish we had them earlier when we just bought our house.

Ontario Pool Service has been opening, closing and providing maintenance of my pool for 3 years. They've done excellent work at prices that I suppose are more than fair. We are loyal customers due to their high level of professionalism!

I have worked with Ontario Pool Service last year. They have done repairs to our pool, painted it and replaced all old equipment. I am extremely happy with their customer service and rates were reasonable too, so I am going to continue working with them this year. Highly recommend this company.
