I received incredible service from Jatinder Singh recently. I called the store to gather pricing and availability information on some print items for my son's birthday party. Jatinder was knowledgeable, patient with my questions, was so quick to e-mail me information that I had requested and went above and beyond to ensure that my order was completed quickly. Also, huge bonus that in comparison to other print shops, the UPS Store has competitive pricing. Thank you, Jatinder! If you are in need of any type of print work, I recommend that you give him a call. :)

Poor service. Guy found my package after a long search and just when it's all scanned and ready to be hand over to me he decided to answer a call and just hold down the package and started chatting. Another encounter when I had to pick items up from this location, he couldn't even find the package. I advise to route your UPS package to a different AP.

I had an excellent experience. The owner was polite and professional when arranging my shipment. And he followed up immediately when I requested to re-send my payment receipt (which I misplaced). Highly recommend this location.

The customer service from UPS employee Jatinder I received today at this Royal Oak UPS inside Walmart..has been one of the very best services I have ever received from any customer service personnel thus far. Jatinder went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns about shipping a priority parcel containing a high value item, and he patiently repeated himself whenever I asked him to, as I was sleep deprived when I went in to get the parcel shipped. We even had a quick chat about our home countries, being from neighbouring countries originally. Thank you again Jatinder!
