It's pricey like all locations are, but it's got the basics that Walmart in the same area doesn't carry, so it's a convenient place to get what can't be gotten without going further away.

Very efficient, friendly service. They did a great job on my dog. It's a bit pricey, but otherwise, all good.

This review is strictly for the Kissable K9 people that service this location.I have used the mobile service in the past and was very happy with their service so when I found out they were going to be at this location I booked an appointment.They called me on Monday to change my appointment time and today the day of my appointment they cancelled it they said it was due to sickness which I don't believe the reason they cancelled was because my appointment was the only appointment scheduled for today when they gave me back my $20 I saw that my money was the only deposit in the envelope.I understand if it wasn't worth their time and I was the only appointment if that was the case they should have cancelled me on the Monday and been honest about it. That isn't a very nice way to run your business.I had other appointments that I had to reschedule. I could have been working and took a vacation day for this appointment.I won't be returning good luck to anyone else who chooses this location to book an appointment with the K9 Kissable people before booking best to call beforehand and find out if you are the only one with an appointment scheduled otherwise risk being cancelled like I was.

It's a very terrible store. I repeatedly confirmed the return requirements before buying the dog's goods, and the staff told me that I could get a refund if it was not suitable. But when I took the items back, they not only didn't keep their promise and told me that they would not give us any chance for shopping in this store. They are very discriminatory and disrespectful to Asians and very stingy. The staff is very dishonest and unloving. They even blame dogs for being lively and active. They don't like guests to take their pets in to try the product, and the damaged goods will be sold again at the original price. It's a very bad experience.please please don’t shop there.

Don't buy from this store, they will not honour their posted return/exchange policy. Staff is friendly but customer service from owners is horrible.Bought a defective toy, called the same day and never received a call back from the manager, I had to call 2 more times a week later to talk to a manager. I was told the owners" refused to honour the return/exchange policy" even though it is posted on the website.I have had a similar issue (defective toy) with PetSmart a few years back and it was handled right away and professionally. THIS PetValu's customer service is a headache and an embarrassment. I would literally recommend any other pet store

I wanted to return an item that was bought by someone for me. It was bought 3 days before returning and paid regular price. It was unopened training pad, in a perfect condition, in an original packaging and has an original receipt. It is eligible for a return according to their policy.The staff at this location said they only do an exchange where it clearly said on their website and receipt that you can return and get a refund with original packaging and has a receipt within 30days.The staff said it’s for sanitation purposes where they can only do an exchange not a refund.I don’t know why she said it’s for sanitation reason if it’s in original packaging, unopened and properly sealed.And also, If it’s for sanitation purposes, why would they even take an exchange and put it back on the shelf. LOL.The Victoria Park and Ellesmere location, looked at the product and the receipt, gave me a refund.I am now looking at the reviews for this location and now I am seeing that I am not the only one who had the same problem at this location.Now, It makes me angry because this location is dishonest and doesn’t stand by their own company’s policy.Not a good experience for a first time customer. Now I know I can’t trust this location.

The items in this shop are not of good quality and are very disgusting, I found cockroaches in the dog's kennel, it was really disgusting, but the staff did not acknowledge the bill and did not refund! It's hard to imagine the hygiene and service quality of this store! Won't be back to buy again!

The associates are always very helpful and greet every single customer who enter the store.

Very bad shop, clerks and merchants are very cunning and even very disrespectful to customers. Their return policy is always changing and they don't inform customers, they will sell the damaged item for the original price if you don't check the item for damage on the spot and you take it home they won't return it to you. It's all my fault, I wouldn't have had such a bad experience if I didn't buy from this store, I wish this store closed down soon

Great selection of products and at a decent price! It's a little cramped, but I do appreciate that they're in a smaller unit and are trying to squeeze as much in as possible. Not sure about the dog bells that smack against the glass door every time it's opened, but hey, it certainly gets everyone's attention.
