We had 2 jobs done in our home - basement carpet and a gym/workout floor . Quality of the chosen materials were excellent, as was the price and service. I would never hesitate to use them again.

Purchased engineered hardwood about a year ago and had them install it. Great product with a really nice feel and looks great. Friendly install and great all around experience.

Our condo was supposed to have 'premium' flooring... Laminate was buckling seams throughout kitchen, living room and hallway. These guys came by 5 times to 'evaluate' the situation. Appears that the boards, width wise are not connected, you step on one side, it dips down but opposite board stays up. Bush league installation and quality. No resolution given other then having a 'tech' ( lol...flooring technicians??) To come back and take up glue .. that's right .. glue off the top of the boards. Do not use. Unfortunately they do not stand behind their quality of product. If clowns owned a company, trust flooring would be the circus!

Ameel and his team installed engineered hardwood on the main floor of our home. Ameel helped us select the colour of the floor and quality of our new floor.Hector did an an amazing job installing the floor, he was on time, neat, tidy. It looks amazing, we get a lot of compliments. They were easy to deal with and very professional. We would recommend this company without hesitation.

Trust Flooring did an appalling job of installing graffiti tiles in our en-suite, one tile was installed upside down and 2 others tiles installed next to each other instead of a random pattern. Twelve months later and we are still waiting to have the problem resolved. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars! Worst quality ever!!! We bought a home through a builder and they messed up our tiles really bad. The builder had to argue with them to repair it and when they did repair it, the quality was even worse. I do not recommend!! Bad customer service, Bad finished product, Overall BAD!!!!!! Thankfully the builder is working with us and going to make it right at a cost to them I am sure.

I would give -0 stars but unfortunately no option, I bought 1.5 years ago Vinyl flooring for main floor, they are chipping out, ripped, and very very poor quality. Now I have spend more money to replace the full floor. They sold me the product which was discontinued :(
