Mike is a solid guy. I arrived at the dealership late in the afternoon (almost evening), on a Saturday nonetheless and was looking around at a few cars. It was past closing time but I asked him if I could give one of his cars a test-drive and but was willing to come back after the weekend if he wanted to close up. Nope! Gave me the keys and said take it on the highway! I'll just get some errands done in the office". It was great! Was able to really test the car at my leisure and bought it that evening! The car was ready to go on the following Monday!Really happy with this service

BEWARE this person does not do financing when i purchased my vehicle but charged me for FINANCING FEE and GAP which was again charged by the lending company, he is rude and very disrespectful, i would not recommend this shop to anyone

I was sold a lemon at top dollar. The only concern I had was that it ran well. I didn't mind that there was dents from a hail storm that he didn't mention or that there were stains on the seats that he also failed to mention. The engine light came on within 2 days, I was told he would hire his mechanics to take a look at a reduced cost". I already didn't trust him at this point. My mechanic checked it

BUYER BEWARE. We were sold a car without a valid safety. We reported this to OMVIC and they told us to go back to the dealer to see what they could do. They fixed some of the things but not others. We were left to do the rest of the repairs. The cost so far is over $6000.00 with more work to be done. We were not expecting a new car given the age but were expecting more than we got. We will definitely not be going back to this dealer again.

Girlfriend purchased a car here. 2 days later, battery was dead ($270). A month later the transmission failed and Mike did not help. Took it to a couple shops recommended by the warranty and mechanics say $4,000 to fix. She paid $450 for the warranty (a-protect) sold by Mike that was supposed to cover this however when calling the warranty, she was given the lesser tier warranty (not what she paid for) and the repairs are NOT covered. Warranty said to contact Mike who has not been responsive at all! She did not get what she paid for.

Mike is the man. All of the bad reviews are for places similarly named accross the street. Great prices and mechanics in house. Honest vibe.

Just purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima. I dealt with Mike and he was great. He made sure everything was done and up to par with the vehicle. The prices are good and customer service even better. I will change/update review if needed.

I recently purchased my first BMW from Mike, I was very apprehensive as I was a first time buyer but he was very informative and extremely knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend Oakville Auto Sales for their awesome customer service and great prices.
