Personally had a bad experience. I had no service where I lived even though the tower was near by and fido was saying I should be receiving 5 bars and that it must be my phone, they tried forcing me to get a new phone. I cancelled and switched to koodo with my same phone and had no more service issues after that.Staff at store 7/10Customer service call center rep 3/10Service 2/10

Fido sold me a broken phone told me I had a month to replace it and when i tried to within that month they told me I had to replace it within 15 days. Not happy at all

(First phone ever under my name) Fido screwed me out of 400$, they never attempted to get my money back and kept telling me the same thing call after call go back too the shop you got it from". (I've been left on hold and hanged up on before aswell) Only problem with that is fido had my money
