Good luck working at this companyEverything is terrible and they have extreme safety issues . Even 1 star is too much for them . As former employee to all people who wanna work there , you will destroy yourself for 17$ per hour. They must at least pay 23 dollar for their jobs. All the supervisors are uneducated and rude .

I received my products in a jig saw format some missing and some extra pieces none had corresponding pictures. People usually by pools once in abandoned life time. As a end user, who bought an above ground pool from pool warehouse am very sorry to say neither one of these suppliers deserve an star. Very very poor quality customer service etc.

I had purchased an above ground pool from R&R Pools in Paris, Ont. in June of 2010, which distributes pools for Trendium Pools. We had 4 great seasons with our pool.I did my annual inspection in May of this year prior to opening. Upon finding nothing out of the ordinary after the winter months, I removed the winter cover and did an inspection of the interior of my pool. Again, nothing looked out of the ordinary. So, I began to fill it with my garden hose. When it was almost to operating level, the entire one end of my BLUES" pool "exploded".Trendium pools is made in Canada for the "harsh" Canadian climate. They offer the best warranty

Bought your pool from Hydrodynamic pools in Pen Argyl PA. The pool was not what we paid for. Parts are missing and the rails are so flimsy and there are kinks in the wall. Very dissatisfied with your product I posted on Better Business Bureau and Yelp very disappointed I want my money back.

This is the greatest company to work with if u r a trucker, GLORIA is THE GREATEST personality i have met in years. Keep up the good work mam.

Buy from this company and you will be sorry. They never honor the warranty and i cant tell you how many times i have been out to clients homes with this pool and ALL are bad and are not safe for children to play in. They WILL collapse and all you have to do is look on google and theirs countless people saying the same thing.. I would never buy from a sorry company like this and should be banned from selling this trash in the states!!!

Be careful buying these pools I purchased one 7 years ago and after a few years it started rusting. So after 7 years you will need to replace your pool. Very bad product stay away.

I bought this pool in good faith, paid extra for a lifetime warranty of the wall. I tried to make a claim in 2016 for this hole that appeared in the wall and they would not stand behind it. Claimed they bought the Garden Leisure Pool, Discovery out and would not replace the wall. This happened on July 1st, total collapse of a pool only 9 summers used. Loss of $680 liner from last year we repaired the hole and insurance will not cover damages of the pool or the damage all the water caused because it was a rust problem from an all aluminum pool. The whole wall in another area rusted and broke Last I checked Aluminum doesn't rust"! Stay away from this company they do NOT stand behind their products. I wish I could leave 0 stars!!! Picture of pool before collapse and after. Also injury that it caused when it sent a family friend into a classic truck from the rush of the water! Home owners insurance will not cover any damage not even to the truck. STAY AWAY FROM TRENDIUM POOLS! As you can see by their letter it was going to cost nearly half of what I paid for the pool to get a wall that was supposed to be covered.. It was $ 2400.00 for the pool only not including installation. IDK why the pictures are not showing up."
