I highly recommend Larry and his crew for their professionalism and integrity of work. I used Done Rite to install a backsplash for my kitchen after contacting several other handyman services. I knew I wanted to work with Larry as he was prompt in his communications and fully licensed. He came out and provided an on-site estimate, the work he delivered was on schedule and quality. He even came back out to finish the job within a week when we mistakenly didn’t have enough tile to complete the work for a reasonable fee. If you want your job to be done well and without a fuss, hire Larry.

Larry was great to work with. He was on time, on budget and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend to another homeowner. Very pleased.

Mr Larry Barr fixed our bathroom fan ceiling area after another service left the hole too large. It needed fixing and he also re-caulked our bathtub. Excellent work-always on time-always calls-pleasure to work with. We will definitely hire him again!

We originally worked with Larry and his team on a variety of small projects. Given Larry's professionalism and quality, we then hired him for a large remodel of our home, including a kitchen and basement remodel. Larry provided quick and reasonable quotes and was very communicative throughout the job process. Whenever unexpected issues arose with the renovation, Larry was excellent at brainstorming solutions and keeping the cost of the project as reasonable as possible. While he was working with us, he even helped with some of our house questions outside of our ongoing projects. Overall, we have been pleased with the work done by Done Rite Handyman & Remodeling Services. We would recommend Larry for both handyman and large remodel work, and we will definitely be utilizing Larry's services again in the future!

My experience with Done Rite Handyman & Remodeling was marvelous from start to finish. This was my first time hiring a contractor on my own and I was afraid of being “taken for a ride” as far as pricing and the project itself, since most women fear this tremendously when hiring contractors on their own. I was deathly afraid of having to deal with the horror stories/stereotypes of contractors (showing up late or not showing up at all, not finishing the job on time or at all, padding estimates, scammers, etc.) LARRY AND HIS COMPANY ARE FAR FROM THESE STEREOTYPES. He showed up exactly when he said he would, finished precisely with the timeline he gave me, And was completely honest, informative, and upfront with me from the beginning. My boyfriend has hired many people over the decades to do many different types of projects and he’s even said he’s never seen anything like Larry. My goal was to form a walkthrough to join an adjacent bedroom with the master bedroom to form a second master walk in closet and also tie in the closet from another guest bedroom. I had other contractors give me estimates on this project, but I chose Larry because he was very knowledgeable, his price was reasonable, and he listened to exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it since it was a bit difficult for me to explain. When I explained the project to other contractors, they didn’t quite understand the project, but Larry understood my vision right away. I even changed my mind on what I wanted done before the project started and Larry came by again to re-quote the job and adjusted my estimate accordingly. The entire experience was phenomenal. I would give 100 stars if I could. I contacted/hired Larry because his company had all 5 star reviews and now I couldn’t imagine why any reviewer would give any less. I would definitely recommend Larry DoneRite Handyman & Remodeling to anyone in need of services. You won’t be disappointed.

Larry brought his team for a series of small jobs in my North Rosedale Park Historical home. His attention to detail was most impressive, as the mantel he installed in one of our four (4) bedrooms was a beautiful piece of heritage, requiring not only cutting but creation of cleats & Corbels from the original beam of cedar. He measured carefully, sculpted the cleats, mentored his staff on why/how to produce a safe, yet beautiful aesthetic with our treasured beam. They were professional, timely, and cleaned up each room they worked in before leaving for the day. What a pleasure to have them here. What a Treasure they've left us with! Thanks Larry! Larry & his crew did a great job with a simple basement update. Initially, we went over the plan, & he got back to me within a couple of days with the estimate. Then, we scheduled the date to begin the project.He communicates frequently, keeping me updated & asking about certain things that arose during the renovation.He installed new drywall - mudded & sanded, new recessed lights, switches & outlets, vinyl plank flooring, toilet & pedestal sink.He was able to complete everything within the proposed time frame - 2 weeks.Larry did not try to ‘nickel & dime’ me for every little detail. I’m very pleased with the overall result, & would go to him, again, for any future projects. I highly recommend!!
