Tom gave me his word, and was hired to represent my client. Liz (his assistant) avoided reviewing a status certificate she recieved on the 22nd. On the 25th, she said she was too busy! She continued her unmannerly ways, and choose not to work on my urgent deal. She only wanted to change the closing date (when that's not her decision). I had no choice but to find another lawyer. My new lawyer reviewed the status certificate for us, we waived the condition, and closed the deal on the 29th. Enough was enough. Mine and my clients experience here was dreadful.

I have known Tom for yrs. and have always been happy with his services. In 2017 my uncle passed away without a will . It took awhile but Tom and his team were excellent in his guidance to appoint me the executor and settle his estate without any surprises. Thanks to Tom, Pam, Ruth and the rest of the team.
