We go to this library every chance we got with my kids, a nice time spent when you run out of ideas what to do on a rainy day! Children love the selection of books and a nice pretend play dress up corner! For moms there a great selected choices of magazines to read!

Riverview public library

Cute building here! This library is in the City Hall, and is one level. There's a good book selection, about average. It kind of smells old - but that's OK given the building's age. There is a small nook just around the library entrance where there is relics from WWII. Quite interesting to take a look at, definitely put aside a few minutes for that section.

In my experience, it's a very good library, well organized, friendly helpful staff and a beautiful interior. However it seems libraries have diverged from what they once were, a quiet place to read or study. I'm a student, and I go there to study because it is close to where I live in river view and the Moncton library costs money for parking (free parking pass is only for one hour I usually stay more).However I have been a bit disappointed to find that there are always small children that scream and yell and run around up and down the halls and there is often not a whole lot of respect payed to the people reading or studying. I have also found a fair amount of people talk very very loudly and laughing even when I'm right beside them trying to study or read.

Very friendly environment, for kids as well! The staff is very helpful!

My friends and I just attended a concert in the park. It was a fabulous way to end summer.
