CHIMNEY Manns

Rarely have I encountered people willing to provide reliable, top notch service at a reasonable price as the Chimney Manns do. I am somewhat “fire-phobic” and wasn’t sure I would be comfortable heating my small home with just a wood stove. But the advice, information, and service I have gotten from these folks for over a dozen years is unquestionably the main factor allaying my fears. They explain everything. Quite simply, they know what they are doing and do it remarkably well.There is more. I am 71years old and have never had service professionals arrive on time, every time. But the Chimney Manns do. They say 1:00 pm, then they are here and ready to work at that time. They work efficiently and thoroughly, no cutting corners. They carefully cover everything that might possibly get a speck of soot (although I have never seen any soot and wonder if it is necessary).There have been two times when something has gone wrong with my stove, and both times they were here the day after I called. Recently when I called, their hello message told me that they were fully booked until April, please call back then. I left a message, just hoping they might know what was wrong. I didn’t expect much, but I should have known better. Jason called me that very night, we talked, and the Chimney Manns were at my house the next day.It is simply impossible to get anyone better than the Chimney Manns!

Hythe and Jason are every bit of what you would hope to receive in a customer interaction. We have used them for 12 years and have never been disappointed and have always gained peace of mind in using our fireplaces. With the impact of COVID-19 they took additional precautions throughout the process which started with an email explaining this process two weeks prior to them coming out!This is the kind of responsibility and mindfulness that will keep businesses and our economy going! Their website states they will travel up to 40 miles for service. They emailed me telling me they do not service my area, 30 miles from them???
