First experience with Igloo was nothing short of excellent. I ordered material from Matt Kratzmann on a Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered (out of town) on the Friday afternoon as promised. The delivery operator, unloaded the material safely, exactly where I wanted it, without damaging anything (tilt deck) and was polite and professional. I will definitely be contacting Matt for my next order.

I have almost completed building a garage suite as a first time homeowner GC. I have taken on full renos of homes in the past but never a full complete build like this and I can say that I was definitely a little over my head on it. I am so thankful for Matt Kratzmann and the Igloo crew. They assisted with difficulties we faced with city approvals, offered great prices on their products, had excellent communication on all products and deliveries and whenever there was a hiccup on their end (which I believe there was only one) they were on top of it and took care of it very quickly. Matt was also so incredibly helpful with every request and question I had. This build would have been far more difficult without Igloo Building Supplies and I am so thankful we used them.Daren

Workers were efficient, pleasant, and timely. Did a great job hauling in all the drywall and our basement was transformed in a day when they put up the drywall...so glad we hired them and didn't do it ourselves. :) Thanks Igloo for your helpfulness and work!

My family and I have bought multiple house, garage, deck and fence packages from lumber suppliers over the years and I have never been more impressed than I was with Matt Kratzmann at Igloo Building Supplies. Outstanding and upstanding service! Will get my business every time.

Excellent experience getting two sets of stairs from Igloo. One was off by 1 and they quickly replaced the set with the proper stairs within days of noting their production mistake. Great quality

I currently work for Igloo, like any other place you work it has it's goods and bads but the good is 100% worth the little bad things. Denny being my immediate manager and i've had no issues with him. In fact he's gone above and beyond to help a lot of the staff out including myself. This is a company that if you give it your all they will reward you and I feel like they actually appreciate their employees here unlike most places who claim they do simply to obtain a good image but Igloo does a lot of good behind the scenes to take care of their own. All in all a great place to be!

I’ve dealt with igloo a few times nowStairs drywall insulation.I honestly can not say anything negative about the company.Pick update on my stairs was dead on.Drywall delivery was done on time with courtesy staff on both endsGreat price on insulation.Being a female and building a house on your own. Most companies will try to shaft you and discredit other companies.Igloo was great took the time to make sure I got what I needed.

Horrible. We're framers and did two skinny houses side by side and the home builder chose to use Igloo for their building supplies. Igloo made countless mistakes throughout both projects. There were mistakes all over the plans that they drew up. And not little mistakes - both houses had to be torn apart and rebuilt to fix their mistakes in order to get it pass inspection. If that wasn't bad enough there also were extreme delays in delivery, errors in what was actually ordered vs. received, not to mention their awful lazy drivers. And no compensation whatsoever for their errors, not even an apology. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Excellent service!!!!!!! Jamie went above and beyond helping me with my home renovations. He was able to get me the exact flooring I wanted at the last minute. He even drove to my home to meet with the installers & help them out. When I required some additional boxes to complete the job, Jamie had the flooring delivered within 20 minutes. Jamie was available to assist me with questions and concerns during the entire restoration. My home looks amazing. Thank you Jamie Campbell

I had them put together my material for a 600sqft deck. I was impressed with the service, prices and overall quality of the material that was provided. Also, their delivery was ahead of schedule and the driver was fantastic to deal with. Kudos.
