Beautiful and big store with 2 floors. They sell books, notebooks, kitchen products and more. Expensive prices. I wanted to buy books for my kids and ask from the seller recommendations. The seller didn't know how to help me and couldn't think about even one recommended book. Not so professional. I will note that the service was kind and smiling.

Pleasant shopping experience but a bit pricey,as are most retailers on Robson Street.Robson Street does have extremely high rent or leases .

Good lifestyle retailer, they’ve got books, stationery, skincare products, fragrances, sportswear, leather goods, kitchen supplies & lots of other products. There are even more on their website. Cool place for one-stop shopping.

I don't know if it is just this location or all Indigo stores but they have removed the search kiosks from the store replacing them with a QR code. This means that if you do not have a smart phone with you you'll have to wait in line to ask if they have what you're looking for, then wait in line again to purchase it. It's sad to see them punish those too poor to afford a smart phone or those who choose not to carry one at all times.

This is truly a literary experience! Staff is always friendly, good selection of niche items. Starbucks here is great. Always come and always leave with quite a few items. Too much to describe here. You have to see it to believe it!
