I have had the same project manager for both of my books. He was responsive to any concerns or errors and most importantly helped me navigate the process as I was not computer savy. I was confidant the final product would be great. Although there were a few errors along the way, they were corrected quickly and efficiently. Both of my covers are beautiful and although I provided the photos, they did a wonderful job making them look great. I wanted this book to look professional and my standards were high. Tellwell is wonderful at helping authors navigate the intricate path of publishing. I have found each person who worked with me knowledgeable and helpful. Going step by step through the process helped me from it becoming overwhelming. I especially appreciated meeting my project manager, book cover designer, editor, and market manger on video. This provided me with opportunity to not only to put a face to each person working with me but gave me the one-on-one I needed to feel comfortable. Their marketing pkg is amazing. I would highly recommend Tellwell to any Indie author.

Tellwell made our entry into publishing a breeze. Everyone from our project coordinator, to the cover specialist and the interior designer, all were attentive, intuitive and very helpful. My novel looks indistinguishable from trad pubbed projects, the adobe editing process is VERY user friendly, and the marketing consultant I am working with is fantastic; enthusiastic and personable.My book designer created an amazing cover for my novel; it is pitch-perfect in capturing the atmosphere & theme of the story. EVERYONE comments on how this cover makes them want to pick up the book!
