Ordered a two triple-meat pizza to go, waited about 10 mins for the order. It was suspiciously fast... I went back home and opened the pizza just to find two completely different pizzas...Assuming it was a cancelled order cus there was a name on the side of the pizza boxes.

I love Pizza Hut but this was the worst pizza I ever had. The dough was still raw for half of my pizza. So raw you could kneed it again….that explains why my order was ready so quickly. Really disappointing.

Got the triple threat. With drinks it came up to $60. Cool. Then delivery which was remarkably late. Fine still tip. But the pizza having barely any toppings and bland af? Both pizzas tasted like bread. No lie the ratio would be like 98% bread 2% toppings. That's inexcusable. Waste of $65. How is this place still operating?

We bought 2 of the triple treat deals online from this location which had totalled over $100. After the order had successfully been placed and PAID for, we were subsequently called and told to email a government issued ID to their location’s Gmail. There are so many problems with this and it is appalling. First of all the incredible power trip the manager has to demand an ID “or else your order will be cancelled,” who do you think you are? It tells me you know nothing about Canada privacy laws nor your own company’s privacy laws. You have no business demanding things that have nothing to do with pizza. We were told it is because they are trying to deter scams. I can appreciate action taken against that, what I will not appreciate is the move to the idea that you have the right to demand ID. You, the consumer, have no way to know what they will do with your ID. You do not know if it will be kept or deleted because guess what, there is no policy that covers this weird non-practice. Why would anyone just take their word that they will delete all of this information after receiving it. If Equifax was breached, is there a reason this one Pizza Hut thinks they can keep this personal information safe? Do they somehow employ Edward Snowden in the back?I have ordered from many other pizza huts and have never been asked for this. They have opened themselves up to one of the most avoidable privacy law suits because of this “upper management decision.” I also cannot believe this was from upper management because if corporate said to do this, their legal department is going to have a field day.You are not a government entity, you are not a special corporation entitled to leverage government identification, you are ONE PIZZA HUT.

Just ordered a large pizza from this Pizza Hut location near King and Bathurst and the pizza is literally one-quarter crust.Seriously? When a pizza cost $20 I’d expect a better topping coverage, this was disappointing to see.

Ridiculous! We ordered a pizza and PAID for the order. Then the company called us and told us they would cancel our oder if we didn't send them a picture of government ID. I really don't understand. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. This place is a scam. Be warned.

Top notch pizza pizza. Far better than expected. Great taste and fluffy crust. I was starving at the time though so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

After I put my order, they called and was asked to email a piece of ID to their customer service since my order was over $100. I can’t believe a company would open themselves up to this kind of liability — keeping copies of people’s IDs around that presumably any of their staff could access, just ready for identity theft and fraud. Shameful business practices. Find a better way to authenticate people or go out of business.

This place is a scam. READ REVIEWS! I ordered a large pizza extra cheese on door dash. Picked up a pizza with sprinkle of cheese. I was willing to have it replaced. They refused! Dishonest Pizza Hut location.

My boyfriend and I ordered pizza and boneless chicken bites last night and there was an elastic band in with the chicken bites... we called to complain and they offered to give us a $10 credit on our next meal. We will not be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again...
