I got my windshield replaced here this morning. First of all, the service here is incredible. I was helped right away and everyone was very pleasant. Second, I told them they could have my car all day, well they had my car done well before noon. Thirdly, they came in under quote. Fourthly, they washed out my floor mats, which was not necessary, but they went above and beyond. I drove back to work so happy! Thanks so much!! I highly recommend. Honest and Trustworthy

Absolutely zero customer service. I brought a commercial Truck in to get my windshield replaced on Sept 9, 2021. They called me a few hours later to tell me the work was done. I said I would be by shortly to pick it up. BUT then LIFE turned on at full force, and i totally forgot about the truck till after they were close. I run a high demand local job.I went in the next morning Sept 10, 2021 at around 8:30am to pick up the truck. The gentleman running the front desk (didn't get his name), he went off on me, that I costed them thousands of dollars in business, and my job was only $450 job. He also said he couldn't move the truck, because of policy, and he didn't have qualifications to move it. I apologized profusely. I then when into the bay to get the truck, to only have all the staff staring at me, and smirking.How about problem solving better instead of getting upset at me. Call me again to remind me you need the truck picked up, cause you have other appointments. Have the customers sign off on a waver, so you can move all vehicles.

Great service for replacing my truck windshield and threw in free of charge Aquapel water repellent glass treatment for a wrong windshield order and rebooked schedule. Overall best experience I’ve had for glass repair in Stratford including taxi shuttle service, highly recommended and will come back for future service. A++

Greg, the staff that helped us was kind, professional and overall very lovey. He was very knowledgeable and we were very happy to have gone here. They say 2hrs max (which is already so quick) and they weren’t too busy on the day we brought our car in so he was done in about 1hr 15min! Very pleased! On top of that the new windshield looks great! (We had a large crack in our old one). For the speed and quality of work also great value! Would recommend to any of my friends

Unfortunately I had to go 3 times this year. 2 times for chip repairs and once for a full front window replacement. Each time these people where super professional and friendly. They did an amazing job. I will happily recommend this place to anyone who needs it.

I came in to talk with Greg after getting a crack in my windshield and he set my mind at ease. In a world that is so broken these days, simple things like a super personable and knowledgeable Manager of a business warms the heart. Greg was so incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to make sure all things, including insurance were in play so I could move forward with booking the appointment and have the windshield replaced. This crack happened one week after having the car delivered. I was devastated since I had been having such bad luck recently. Walking into this business and being greeted like I counted made all the difference in making what I felt was a big problem into something much smaller. I would trust this Stratford location if I had to deal with this again. Thank you, Greg for putting my mind at ease. Customer service plus!!

This is the best place to get your windshield replaced their prices better than Apple and their customer service is top notch I really appreciate the great work Jay and his team does at Stratford Speedy Glass this is the second windshield I have gone from them and I am super pleased with the process
