Chris arrived at my house right away for an estimate on the installation of my AC. He was very professional, very informative, explained everything that had to be done, identifying areas that required improvement and efficiencies. I did not hesitate and did not get any other quotes. Wes and Nathan installed the air conditioner, they were absolutely fantastic, very professional, very knowledgeable and they go above and beyond. I would highly recommend Acumen!!!

We were in the process of removing a rotting deck and replace it with a smaller one. When the top boards were removed we found that the gas line pipe ran from the house under the deck 12 ft to the other side. We could not remove the deck completely as the gas line was attached at the other end and did not want a 12 ft pipe hanging in the air. I called and spoke to Chris who came out and cut, threaded and capped it until we were ready for the deck to be built, Then he will come back and hook it up when we decide where we want the BBQ. This guy is absolutely fantastic. Chris is very knowledgeable, pleasant, reasonablely priced and just an all around great person. I would recommed this company to everyone. Very very happy. I am also glad that there are other services he handles as I will most definately have him back to do them in the future.I can't say enough about Chris as he gets a 10 i n customer service too.

Chris showed up early took a look and and educated us on how the furnace functions. The furnace started working again on its own when he started it up and we didn't need his services. He barely charged for the stop. I would highly recommend Acumen to anyone iffy about HVAC services. Definitely our new go to guy!

When we chose Chris, we chose right!! Acumen gets a five star from me. Chris was professional yet friendly and he took the time to explain all that he was going to do before the install and after. When he was installing my new AC, he noticed my outside hose had a slow drip. He must carry spares around in his truck because he replaced the old dripping valve with a new one!! No more drips and a brand new AC!! He's up front and HONEST. That's what you want. When I need a new furnace, I won't be calling anyone else for quotes, i will be calling Chris. Chris suggested a sump pump back up system. He explained the installation process and how the system works. Chris also made adjustments on my existing sump pump to optimize its performance. Service was prompt and professional. Recommended.

We have used Acumen twice now and both times we have had nothing but amazing service. Our first encounter with Chris was when our very outdated A/C stopped working on a super hot August day two summers ago... Chris came quickly and repaired the unit explaining in detail what had happened. Our next encounter was replacing said unit along with a new furnace just a few weeks ago. Chris took the time to explain the benefits of all the units, what work it would take etc. He was extremely responsive to emails and was always very professional and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with our new units, Chris’s quality of work and the customer service we received. We would highly recommend using Acumen.
